In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for killing 3 cops after running away from them, I heard them fire 6 shots from a taser (at the time I did not know this) and in confusion I returned fire with my pistol and killed them. After looking over my recording I now know that the cops did say that they were going to use non-lethal force however at the time I did not hear this and panicked. I know that this is not an excuse to shoot down and RDM 3 people I'm simply stating what happened. I know that I got banned for RDMing 3 police officers and I know now that I should have treated the situation with more care as it could have prevented this from happening.

Why should we unban you ?
I think that I should get unbanned because in the situation that caused me to get banned I was simply confused and I panicked, I heard the police shooting however they were behind me and I did not know that they were shooting non-lethals. I knew shortly after me shooting the police that they were shooting non-lethals and then realised that I had broken the rules. I have read over the rules again multiple times to try to make sure that this does not happen again. I know that what I did was wrong and that the situation could have been prevented if I was more careful and aware of what was happening around me. I just recently started playing the server again after a short break and was planning on playing a lot more, I hope that this will still be possible and that my mistakes can be forgiven.

(2.2) RDM (Random Deathmatch) is when you kill someone for no reason or without a decent standard of roleplay. For example if someone is running through Athira and sees a robbery in progress and they then decide to shoot and kill the robber without any roleplay or initiation then that is RDM. 

 
what would you do different next time, if you get in a situation like this ? 

 
I would try my best to listen to what  the other players are saying to prevent confusion and anything like this happening again. I would also do this to keep good roleplay in the situation to try and make it enjoyable for everyone involved.

 
NLR (New Life Rule) is when you die in an area of the map you are not allowed within 1000m of the area for 15 minutes after the death. You also forget anything about the roleplay situation that you were just in, if it was a combat situation you are not allowed back in combat until you wait the 15 minutes. One example of NLR would be that if a police officer was helping his colleagues prevent a robbery in Athira and a firefight broke out and the cop was killed, if he then spawned back in Athira before the 15 minute NLR timer had passed that would be NLR.

As I have said, I was extremely confused in this situation and couldn't hear what the police were saying to me at the time, I then heard them shooting so it was an honest mistake RDMing the police however I know that I did wrong.

While I was down on the floor I got kicked from the game and did not combat log, I have video evidence of this if you would like me to send it to you. And since I got kicked and didn't die I spawned back in kavala as I was not sure wether I should go back to the situation or not. However now I know that I should have just stayed away.

If you look at 00:20 then you will hear when the cop says that non lethal force will be taken however he does not say it clearly. This might help you understand why I was confused. I skipped a couple of minutes of me lying on the floor as nothing really happened and at the end you can clearly see that I got kicked from the game.

What would you do next time if a officer tells you put ya hands up or non lethal force will be used? 

 
I will either put my hands up and proceed to do what the cop tells me or I will carry on running and hope not to get tazed by the police officer.

If they have a gun I will tell them that if they don't drop their weapon I'll shoot. If they do not have a weapon I won't kill them.

 
Not really no, I would try my best to roleplay with someone but in the situation that I was in where they were already firing tazers at me I would say something like this and at least warn them / initiate.

What a mess am reading here....

I hope you learned your lesson concerning the rules we have inplaced for the server. Its important for you o understand that we have a reason for them to be there.

Am willing to give you a chance again to prove to us that your a serious Roleplay guy and will abide to the rules enforced on the server,
