In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think I was banned because I stole a HEMTT Box at the front of the Hospital.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think that you should give me a final chance because I made a stupid mistake and up until then I had not broken any rules. Since being banned, I have also re-read the rules and familiarised myself with this server's community rules. In future, I will obey the zone rules.

I didn't read the rules due to the fact that I had played on many other Altis Life Servers as well as I wasn't aware there were changes to these rules.

Not one server is the same, our server is a serious RP server, there is a clear warning there to read the rules... from your answer i guess you just assumed!
