I'd like to add, as relevant information, that I was playing with this player when this happened and I'm certain that he really did experience a crash because he was also complaining about performance issues several times earlier prior to this incident with strange monitor problems and unexplained drop in performance.

I have myself lately experienced issues with regarding to performance and client crashes that have occurred in poorly timed situations but without finding any logical explanations for their occurrence. So in conclusion I think it's very possible that this was truthfully an unexpected crash and not intentional combat log.

So, he has internet/computer problems.. Like 99% of the people who combatlog and then find out they did not get away with it.

It's simple. If he indeed lost connection due to bad performance, in the middle of being arrested by the police, the only thing that will make me believe he was not doing it on purpose, is if he contacted the cops in question on teamspeak to tell them: ''Performance problems, I will be back with you ASAP so we can continue the RP situation''. If he did not and just went back to play, having avoided the arrest, then why would we believe it was due to bad internet?

Also @CalibreYou are not allowed to reply to his unban appeal. Appeals are between the banned person and staff only. You do not have any evidence, only your word. And since this is the internet and people will literally lie through their teeth and swear on their dead nan's they didn't, 9 out of 10 times they did, so excuse me for not believing your written statement and therefore disregarding it.

@SI TampaxDid you happen to see the situation itself and can shed some light on this claim of bad performance?

soon as the screen thing comes back and its starts crashing my game then ill send a image of it is that evidence. and caliber is right i was saying that my computer was having problems I'm trying to fix it soon but i can still play if it doesn't crash some times it will crash because that my computer cant run as fast as the server is so it crashes and my internet is the worst it cuts on and off time to time i have problem with my computer and internet.

I was one of the cops arresting the three lads.

As soon as a search was mentioned, Jake was protesting that 'it's not fair because I haven't done anything illeagal'. He then proceeded to combat log.

There was no time out message, no connection lost, no steam ticket check, just a plain disconnect message when he left. He then came back straigt on to the server, made no effort to contact us to explain what had happened, so it was a rather blatent combat log in my eyes.

I don't like putting bans on people when I'm on as a cop, but I really don't like combat logging, it's a pet hate...

@Khandamir

Appeal denied.

Going off the testimony of fellow staff member Tampax, you clearly combatlogged and are trying to lie to get unbanned.

Permanent ban issued, eligible for Permanent Ban Appeal on 13th of March 2017.
