In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Because me and my friend Denon robbing a guy and a Admin was following us around, we told the guy to put his hands up and he said he didn't know how to. So we said to him to press SHIFT + J, which the admin said you're not allowed to do, I remember reading on the rules that then a cop car came and I shot and killed the driver without saying anything. The reason why I didn't say anything is because I would expect the cop to keep on moving and not stop when someone has a Assault rife out, but he continued to come towards me and in the heat of the moment I forgot to say some like: "keep on going" or something along those lines.
And as for Denon I don't understand why he got banned, the admin said he shot at the car but infact it was me that did he just got his weapon out and decided to run away.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because as I mentioned in the heat of the moment I forgot to initiate on the cops because it was unexpected for the cop to proceed as he did, and from getting banned I would remember to initiate on anyone in those situations.

You "Forgot" to initiate? Do you know what this server is about? Have you took a look at the server rules?

 
Yes of course I took a look at the server rules, that's why I quoted on them in my post. Being in the heat of the moment can be stressful and can make you forgot things to do. There is quite a lot of rules to remember, and yes granted this being one of the most important ones. I'm sorry for breaking the rule but doesn't everyone deserve a second chance. And what about "Denon" he didn't break any rules.

For a start you both was shouting Shift J at the hobo you was robbing, as soon as the police turnt up you both fired at the car. just because he didnt kill anyone does not mean its not RDM.

Yes because he wanted to know how to put his hands up, I read in the rules that that's allowed. I fired at the car he didn't when the cops rammed into the bridge yes I know I didn't initiate. If he didn't kill anyone and its not RDM then why is he banned then. Also I know I did wrong but as I said before, it wouldn't happen again after a situation like this. So all I ask is for another chance. 

 
Ok, are you being for real or is this some sort of joke that's meant to be funny?  Anyway what I don't understand is if this is meant to be a serious role playing server that's meant to represent real life situations then I don't think cops would stop the car straight away, they would stop further down the road so their actions didn't make any sense to me, that's why my mind was blanked and I forgot to initiate .

Can't I just be let of with a  warning? Since this is the first time I've got in any trouble on this server and I've invested well over 70 hours into it. So I'm pretty dedicated and familiar with the rules.

I am being deadly serious, but you know what forget it! 

If your unwilling to go by our terms for your FINAL chance for breaking the rules then your not getting one, If your so dedicated and familiar with the rules then you should not have broke this one!

Also might i add being familiar with the rules does not make you a good roleplayer, these terms are to aid that.
