I believe I was banned as certain members of my group (IRB) had broken multiple rules on the server (which I wasn't involved in)
Why should we unban you ?
First of all i would like to sincerely apologize for the actions that were taken by certain members in my gang. When i first started the IRB (Irish republican Brotherhood) there was no intention of bringing politics into the equation. My friend and I ( [IRB] Erico ) started the group as we wanted to roleplay as rebels trying to liberate and take control of Kavala as it seemed to be the hottest location on the map. When we started the gang me and Erico (in game name) had realized that other big gangs had a considerable amount of people compared to us so we decided to recruit. We had ran into 3 Irish guys named Irish, Anthony and rossward (in game names) at first they seemed like nice people and were looking to join a gang so we happily invited them (this is the first time we meet them). A couple of hours later we decided we would try and achieve our goal of liberating Kavala. Once we were in Kavala we started marching the streets and holding people up and informed us that Kavala was now ran by us. Later we decided to inform the police of are decision that Kavala was being run by the IRB. It was at this point I realized I should have learned a bit more about these people before recruiting them in my gang as they started harassing the police and making sectarian comments. I knew that this would not only get us banned but it just wasn't right. To defuse the situation I lured the gang away from the police by telling everyone we would go to the rebel outpost. On are way back from the rebel outpost one of our players (who was flying the helicopter) got banned on the server for being homophobic. The rest of our gang crashed and lost all our gear and I will admit I did alt + F4 as at the time I was mad because i didn’t feel it right that I should lose my gear because one of our members got kicked. The member who was banned ( [IRB] c.olm ) went on to the teamspeak to appeal his ban so the rest of the gang joined to listen in to what was going on. One of the support members explained to c.olm that homophobia was an instant ban and he needed to submit a unban appeal. c.olm then decided to be extremely rude to the support officers along with the 3 members whilst Erico and I waited to get are turn to speak. The support officer then proceeded to ban members of my group for their poor attitude. Before he got to me I explained I hadn't said anything to them and I was only here to resolve the issue. One of the community officers was named farmer gills (I cant remember the other officers name but I do know he was German if that was any help) the officer then said he wouldn't ban me because I was being an adult about the situation and was actually trying to resolve the issue unlike some of my other gang members. Instead he gave me a warning about combat logging and everything was resolved. I also told them that [IRB] Erico wasn't involved in this either so they proceeded to unban him. Later that night (2-3 a.m) I decided that I would get off. The next day I had received a message from Erico that the 3 new gang members were RDM’ing on the server as they wanted to get banned as they were going to move server anyway. However Erico and I were happy on Altis.co.uk as we knew how good the community is, obviously c.olm was mad he got banned so he started to make threats on the forums about staff members families (which I would like to apologize for). By the time I came online I had been banned with this message " Part of gang being blanketbanned for intolerable behavior out of game referring to real life political struggle and wishing death upon community members families" which I didn’t even know about until I tried to log on earlier today. What I am really trying to say is I had no part in any wrong doing incidents that some of my gang members part took in apart from combat logging which I had already been warned about so I feel Erico and I have been banned for the actions of other members in are group. However I do take some of the blame as it was my decision to not learn about these members before making them part of our group which was a foolish mistake on my part and I hope I can be forgiven as I have been an active member of Altislife.co.uk for approximately 8 months and would hate for it to end.
P.S I put more effort into this unban appeal than I have revision for my a-levels
