Me and my 1 friend were in a car (I was driving) and we came across a truck we wanted to rob, We just started playing again after our perm bans and we learned alot from it tho, I guess we kinda had to get in the hole RP server thing and our RP was kinda bad. Even tho this is not a good excuse for it and I understand that, but he did put a few lies/misunderstandings in there. First of all, we were with 2 people in the car, Not 3. And in the VDM video of him ( https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/86738-report-a-player-izaya-and-samuel-vdmpoorlow-quality-rpother-action-taken/ ) you can see it and the guy that VDM him wasn't any of us. At that point we only played with 3 people total and 1 of my friends were offline. There were 2 people in the car that VDM him so that already proves it was not us. We din't VDM him and what i'm about to say is what really happend on MY screen, idk if it was on Samuel's screen (my friend) but we were IN FRONT of the truck, Not next to it which you see in the vid, I promise I was infront of it when we told him to stop. He din't stop and what I remembered from before my ban is when you drive infront of people and they can stop, you can slow down/stop as-long as they can stop/slow down. That was our plan, nothing else.... No VDM nothing. Now the metagaming part, I thougt when I would say ''You guys are the copper kings right, you look really dangerous'' would not be metagaming since I said right and that they look really dangerous so we only ''assumed'' it in RP, it would not be meta-gaming. Also I looked at the ban appeal myself and he says that he tried to resolve it when he really din't. I have most of it recorded aswell and can prove that he never asked us to go to teamspeak. I think most of this is a misunderstanding and kinda bad of what me and Samuel did but I don't think it should be a ban, I really don't. (Edit) In the video we apperently rammed him from the side but how the fk can a truck roll like that when you ram him from the side with a sport car....
Why should we unban you ?
Because this now is my second time i'm banned and I was so sure of myself I would not get banned again, even tho.. I got banned again. I learned alot from my first ban and I dont know how it is with other people but when you haven't been on a RP server for 6 months/never been on a RP server before, my roleplay (Proberly others) is really bad at the start. After a while it will get better and better and you can see improvements in the video's I make. For me the start is just rough but after 2 days of playing i'll be fine, Which it was again. I always try to accept the rules and not break them and sadly, I did. I really hope I can get unbanned because again, I really love to RP once I get in it and I think I can give alot of people a really good roleplay experience like I played earlier today and yesterday because everything went perfect there, The fake crying and trying to help everyone I see.

Mhm, Now I watched the video over I can see that he said, ''You broke quite some rules there, Resolve by giving money back. And that we were indeed with 3 people, Which I dint remember and dint think about because 1 of my friends was afk and you won't hear him talk in the video I made. They knew he was afk aswell which you can see in the metagaming video... And sadly, We din't see the message how he wanted to resolve otherwise I would of told my friend or at-least said something but I dint say anything about it in my video either. And he asked if we are in TS and I told them I can come to TS but no response after.
