I think I was banned because I shot someone who was stealing my helicopter with out warning them.

Why should we unban you ?
I've just started to play this server and actually try to be a part of it. I shot this guy because he was in my helicopter and was about to take off. Regardless of warning him or not I was out of voice chat range when i shot him. I'm actually trying not to be a hobo and have some fun on this server. I messed up but at the time I just bought the helicopter and wasn't going to just let him fly away.

"Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)." 

In this situation i gave no countdown. I plain and simple broke the rules. If i am unbanned and put into a similar situation i would use the proper RP rules and give the player a command and a countdown.

 
That was complete miss understanding i read it wrong.  I wouldn't make a countdown. I would try to RP as if it was real life.

 
Sorry ive just already been on the teamspeak talking to people about this for over 2 hours. I understand that i messed up. I understand the rule. I under stand how i messed up.
