breaking NLR (new life rule) i understand that this rule is important because it makes the game more realistic and offers a better roleplay experiance.

i re-spawned at the same place twice after being RDM'd -

Why should we unban you ?
everyone makes mistakes; i was younger then and i was also pretty dumb at times. i used to play this server most of the time (at least 100 hours) and i am hoping to get a second chance and help out towards the community. if there is anything i can do to help get un-banned i am up to it. i understand that i broke this rule and i am very sorry. if i get un-banned there will be no more rule braking. Thank you.

Considering the length of time between your ban and your appeal, a lot of our rules have been modified.  Can you confirm you understand the following rules still by quoting each of them and explaining them in your own words:

1. RDM
2. VDM
3. NLR

 
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

rdm is where you kill another player without engaging or using good roleplay. this is only allowed in the redzone.

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

vehicle deathmatch is where you run someone over in a vehicle. this is never allowed in game.

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc) [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does remember their friends & gang members.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](5.4) When you are revived/downed:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.[/SIZE]

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

new life rule is where you cant spawn within 1000 m of where you died. you also forget memories from your previous life. this helps roleplay to be more realistic.

You say you were RDMed.  At the time did you take any action to try and sort this out?  Contact an admin or similar?

 
I would calm down, report the player to a admin and continue normally without braking any rules

edit ( i would dipute them first and talk on teamspeake)

So, if we were to unban you, what could you bring to our community?  What do you want to do with your time here?

 
If  you  were to unban me, i would bring great roleplay to the community. And i will always be there to help others out. My plan is to play with a few of my friends and just have a great time. We will also be looking for other in need to help them and make friends.
