personally i think i should be unbanned because it was in the heat of the moment i know this aint a reason but i was really sorry for what i said and ive spoke apologized to the guy personally and he said it was ok i have also spoke to the admin that banned me plus i am really sorry and it wont happen again

Regardless of anger, (and even if someone else breaks a server rule first) you cannot possibly justify abusive behaviour.
