In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
What happened was that I tried to land my helicopter in the green zone and it disappeared and I asked why it happened. Apparently, it was an admin who said "Read the rules", I jokingly said "meh" and as I was starting up my browser to look what new rules were added I got banned by the staff member. The message it displays is "You were kicked off the game. (BattlEye: Admin Kick(2.13 - By Mattch on 22/09/17":"))

(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed).

Why should we unban you ?
Its been a long time since I have been banned and it gave me some time to think what I've done, I understand that you guys (the staff) are trying to avoid rulebreakers in the server but i really learned my lesson. I have read all the rules and ill make sure I won't break them again.

We'll pick up from the last appeal. Simply going to quote the questions that were asked before it timed out and add one of my own.

Why did you allow your last appeal to time out?

Now on to the questions posed by CI Xkhan

Going to need a little more effort here, judging by your chat logs you seemingly have no regard for the rules we have in place here and with the amount of effort you've put into your appeal you're not really convincing me. 

Why should we actually unban you?
Why should we be sure you won't just end up breaking our rules again? 
Could you quote and explain the rule you broke in your own words? 
This time put effort into it.

 
My last appeal timed out since I was very busy with school work. I did not have the time to make a decent application nor did I have the time to play (if I were to get unbanned) so I figured I'll pick it up when I got more time.

I've made some mistakes, yes I know but I've always tried to solve them with the players by going into the Teamspeak and letting them explain what I did was wrong. Most of the times we worked something out where I refunded the player what was lost due to my fault.

I really learned my lesson. I really enjoy playing on the server, of course, I might make some mistake but I will do my best and make sure I will not get in trouble again. I have played quite a lot of hours on your server, also knowing next time I probably won't get unbanned makes me extra careful while playing.

I think this rule is there to keep it a bit more quiet in the areas where a lot of people tend to be. The reasons I can come up with for this rule are:

The engines are pretty loud so if people fly close to the ground all the time its hard to have a decent talk with fellow players.

There will be a lot of helicopter/plane crashes because there isn't much landing space.

People might be more tended to steal a helicopter/plane even though they're in the green zone, so this actually makes it more tempting to break the rules.

 
Would you like to explain why you were so dismissive of the staff member that tried to advise you to read the rules, because if I asked you to do something to prevent you getting banned, the response of 'Meh' is more than a little rude when I'm actually doing you a favor, wouldn't you agree?

 
I know that "Meh" is definitely not the correct response and I'm sorry for that. My apologies.

I didn't know that he was a staff member if I knew I would have probably said "okay" and read the rules. (Not that my response would have been okay to a default player)

Definitely wasn't the right attidue to have, but as you have appealed and put a decent amount of effort in i'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you were just being a tad ignorant.
