In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I am wrongly banned as first, even though the report was not towards me i'm still dragged into it
because one of my teammates made a mistake. I'll just briefly explain what happened (and if you want the long story than just look at the appeal of the guilty): I was having a talk to someone who had a mx in his hands with the purpose to eventually initiate on him (with my gun that i had on me) but before i could do anything at all, he ran away in the direction of his truck while I was still doing my talk. And at that moment my teammate shot him down and he has his own appeal on that.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I did nothing wrong.
I think Crumble might have been watching the video proof while his sound was turned off.
If you go back to the video proof you can hear what happened. I tried as first to resolve this privately with Crumble
but unfortunately this was not successful he just didn't take me seriously. I had a conversation with one of the head staff about the situation showed him the video proof he did understand my side of the story and he just told me to make an appeal and tell what exactly happened.

The ban is correct, yours not so much for RDM but your friend who you were trying to "initiate" for, definitely.

You were the only point of roleplay before he was killed and it was very poor.

Have you seen the forum report? How can you judge my rp at a short time when somebody else screwed up while i was still doing my talk...

Can you tell me how many seconds the duration of the video proof was until the moment that he got shot? it was exactly 10 seconds and I was still talking as you can hear in the video proof.

It is bit weak then to say I did poor rp... if I had done something wrong I could learn from my mistake but now it just feels that injustice has been done to me.

I love this server the people and the staff how I am treated by one staff won't make me go away from this server.

I understand the situation perfectly, I'm not here to treat you in a specific way. My job is just to make sure you follow the rules.

Your standard of RP was lower than what we expect here and there is nothing we will do until you acknowledge that and are willing to try and make adjustments to improve.

I understand the rules and I follow the rules... I do not know what I must admit, as i said you can not foresee what i was planning to do or say.

Since the whole situation was aborted...

Each day I play it just gets better and better but definitely not worse. I always think twice before I do something, to avoid mistakes.

You only make it more difficult for me at the moment i understand that you want to do your work properly but this takes longer than I thought... while i do not deserve to be put in a black picture on this forums...
