Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Brat
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Well, I and Kvammiz where robbing the H.M Treasury. and the cops arrived, after we talked with the cops for a while and didnt surrender they shoted us down with rubber bullets, kvammiz was restrained and after a while when the rubber bullets knockout effect was gone i managed to shot a police officer and kill him , at the same time as i may possible have been restrained.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well, i didnt do anything wrong was most likely a bug or i wasnt restrained, would like to see proof Exempel: Video or Picture.

That video shows someone not being restrained :p

And if i was restrained , why should i be banned ? it is most likely an bug with the police/restraining system

Well yes there is a bug in Arma in general there are infact many, however that's not a vaild excuse this is a serious RP server so when you was restrained why did you not enjoy the fantastic RP being caught brings?

 
@Wilco I didnt know i was restrained in the first place (thought i was knocked out from the rubber bullets) and then i got the opportunity to kill the police officer and try to escape and save kvammiz, however am very sorry for what i have done.

so being surrounded by police, you didn't care in the slightest about your own life? the fact you'd been knocked out you were able to quickly jump back into a "fight".

Are you here to ROLEPLAY or here just to kill kill kill?

 
I Am here for roleplay, if you robbed an bank would you have shooted your way out or risk death sentence or possible worse ?

And after seeing the video i  realize that it seems impossible to escape from so many police officer, but i just saw 3 at the time and thought it would work.
