In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I dont know why i was banned. Me and my two friends Jamie and Matt Dover (Ingame names). Was driving from kavala up to metal exports. When we went through some spike strips. We all got out my offroad, which we then decided to have one person fix the car and me and jamie split up in defence and waited for it to be fixed. which at this point I spotted two members of the group [P] Psychos running down the hill. One with a handgun another with a rifle. We then saw that our friend and group member [LC] had been told to put his hands on his head. However we did not hear this then [P] Col. Private-Parts shot jamie who was hid in a bush from the hill killing him instantly. I then shot back killing the two people we saw running down the hill. At this point i then started getting shot at from people on a hill. Which got me down to 7%Hp at this point a white/Yellow hatchback drove past, I didn't shoot at him though, AS I DID NOT WANT TO RDM A RANDOM player because i believed it may have been a civilian but it could have been one of them trying to flank me moments later i was shot at from behind. then i was executed on the floor.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i was unfairly banned without any video showing i had done anything in the slightest wrong. I was banned to quickly for there to be a cases against me on TS. i was must have been banned by a Admin who was involved in the incident. which i find this to be unfair and biased. there is a link below which shows the TS Global chat, which clearly shows that after we all join for support room the guy who banned me left and his friends follow. please see below. what im getting with this is why would they all leave right after banning someone. unless they was avoiding what happened.

So, to summarise up i believe i was banned without a admin saying a word, without proof without any real rule i broke.

We have all been sat in TS for 1 hour 40 minutes now to talk to someone to someone to get this sorted out.

Hello,

The rule broken was 2.2, which is Random Deathmatch (RDM). In my own words its shooting someone without being engaging in a roleplay situation with that person that would. However it would still be RDM if you engaged on them, but the reason for shooting at them was a poor reason.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Here you go and in my own words is already above. Is this okay?

I through that rather then just copy and paste. Id say the rule number which is like copy and paste you know what i mean :)

How will you next time be sure, their is high quality rp before you start shooting?

Well to be honest, I through that we was in RP once Matt started to get robbed and we was getting ready to tell them to stop now or they will be shoot at, but then they just shoot and killed Jamie. Which I assumed it had gone from a RP situation to a open fight as they started to shoot at me as well. I'm asking this as a question could you tell me if it was wrong for me to shoot back? So I know for the future?

In future I will do my personal best to make sure the roleplay is at a high enough standard. So that if a fight does start to take place there is a good Role play reason for it.

I've not seen the video, but from your description, I assume you were not within audio range of your friend who was ordered to put his hands on his head. Audio distance in this game is a much further than RL, so I presume you were some distance from your friend. This would mean your friend, and your friend alone was initiated on. In order to become involved, you would either have to initiate on them separately, or your friend would need to inform them that you were present.  As I said, I did not see the incident so this is simply based on assumption and guidance given.

During this incident, you're quoted as saying, after being shot and literally bleeding to death, "I am the last one, gg everyone good fight". Do you think this is good RP?

As I said above we was preparing to warn them of are presents and if they didn't leave they would be focused to. Which is when they started shooting at me and jamie who wasn't initiated on. Should me and jamie been shoot at? If right would this be RDM?

About weather it was good RP we both know that it wasn't the right thing to say. Which I am happy to put my hands up to and say I will Roleplay to a higher quality in future. I will only stop RP when told to by a admin from now on.

 
So you're saying after they shot your friend on the hill, they started firing at you before any shots had been fired by you or your gang?

None of the people in my group was up on a hill. The people in the rival gang had member up in the hills. We was all spread out on the road. However, If you will ask for video evidence I have none.

But apart from that yes, We was watching Matt getting Robbed preparing to warn them and get them to leave when they just started shooting at me and jamie. Which killed jamie.

Was in admin cam, looking around the map when I spotted the Psychos setting up outside Kavala in the hills, and by the road. I decided to keep a eye on it, and within a minute a car broke down in the vicinity. Person (ICE-BREAKERs mate) wearing a gillie suit got out of the car, began repairing the car. Psychos moved in on him, asked him to put his hands on his head, to which he complied. They asked him to strip off his clothing, and when they asked a second time, ICE-BREAKER opened fire on them, killing the two Psychos members by his friend. At this point I had heard no communication about any threat from ICE-BREAKERs friend. Psychos killed ICE-BREAKER and then he proceeded to lay down on the ground continously saying "Oh GG, good fight, good fight" and was nearly just asking for execution. I deemed that the Random Death Match and the Roleplay being too low for him to stay here, and banned him off the server. 

As for the comments you make about my "bias", I was not affiliated with any gang or faction at the time of the incident, I however was present as a admin at the time.

However if you do believe I handled this situation in a wrong way, because of a bias or otherwise, please contact one of the three current Staff Leads, @TomTheDoge, @Drew or @Ram using either the forums or Teamspeak.

Yes, Jamie did say his part. But it appears that what Jamie said has been deleted. Which it shouldn't have as he was involved in the case and was saying it from his point of view. 

Anyway I disagree with what he has said. I find it very poor that Azamai can just clam that he wasn't involved with the gang at the time and you lot just seem to just not question it. The fact he is now playing with them. Shows that he has no interest in finding out weather they did shoot first.

About the matter at hand me and Jamie was shot at first which killed him instantly. I started to fight back after they shot at us killing the two by the car. We had no chance in warning anyone as we started to just get shot at before we was given the chance to. 

About me saying gg as a sign that I wasn't argue with them for basically RDMing me and my friends. I am not stupid and I am fully aware that this break RP and did already address here.
