In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I lost my temper with another player and insulted him over side chat.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have recently discovered the server and really enjoy playing on it. The incident above was 100% a rule break on my part, however I feel there was an equal rule break on the other side of the story. I was killed randomly by one of the [TI] clan members and have been killed randomly by them a number of times since starting to play on the server. I lost my temper as it was not the first time and was confused yet again as to why they had killed me. I insulted the clan member over side chat as a result of my frustration. I am sorry for this outburst and I will not do it again. I am not going to make any more excuses as I have no evidence and it will come down to my word against his word and I would rather just move on. I can provide further details on the incident if required, however I don't think it will achieve anything, I know my actions were wrong regardless if I was RDMd or not. I ask that you take my frustration into account when scrutinising how I acted out, it was however unacceptable. I would love to continue playing on the server as I have friends who play there regularly and I have really gotten into the game.

I have not submitted a player report.  Should I do this, will it help my appeal?  I am honestly not interested in pursuing any action against the player in question as I know regardless of what happened that I acted wrongly. If it helps, what happened was:

I was in a car with my friends in Agios, a guy called [TI]Salty rammed our car a number of times and continued to, we said over direct comms "Can you please stop ramming us".  He continued to ram us so we stopped and got out of our car, pulled our pistols and asked him again to back off, he then got out killed 2 of us and one of my friends killed him.

I have not made a player report in the past as I usually just suck it up and get on with the game and honestly a lot of the time didn't really know what was going on as I am new to the game.  I got frustrated this time and let it get the better of me which resulted in me breaking the rule by insulting the player in question.

We are here to see what rules YOU broke, no one else... this is about you!

So please explain whats going to stop you acting like a 14 year old whos been told to stop playing xbox in future ?

I accept that, you are right, I am trying to appeal for the rule(s) that I have broken and not pursue any kind of accusation against the other player. 

My verbal insults, including swearing to the player ([TI] Salty) would have broken the rules below and resulted in the ban from the admin. I accept that my behaviour was disruptive and unacceptable, however I am not on the server to cause issues, I play on it because I enjoy playing the game with my friends and value the opportunity to continue doing so. This will not happen again and if I ever become frustrated with a player to the point where I feel like pursuing it, I will do so through the correct channels and not engage the player directly in a disruptive and childish manner as this does not achieve anything.

1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban

1D) An admin may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.
