In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was talking in different channel and i didnt know about that. But it wasn't my fault. I'm kinda new to this game. So I dont know all the controls yet.

Why should we unban you ?
The problem is really simple. There are many voice channels like vehicle command etc.. When admin was talking to me I was in vehicle channel and before i have find out im not speaking to public and how to repair it i got banned. Otherwise I've read all the rules of this server.

Ok, so to just confirm that you do have a working microphone we want you to jump on teamspeak and speak to  a staff member. 
Jump into the Join for Support rooms and have a chat with us and the staff member will verify it.

If you can aswell, link your appeal to him aswell.

 
Why did you still try to come and play after you got told you need a mic? 
 

 
I have a mic and i have proved it on your teamspeak. So what is this question about?

 
We ask you why did you come back after you got told you need to a mic to play on the server ?

You got a warning 27/11 that you need to have a mic to play on the server

28/11 Player banned for having a mic.

 
I just wanted to try if i can connect. There was no response on my appeal. Anyway i have a mic, so wheres the problem?

 
You wanted to see if you could connect to the server even you didn't have a mic. 

How can we trust you that you have read our rules and ready to follow them? If you cannot follow a simple one stated you need a mic on the server.

And just to make sure you have read the rule you broke can you fine the rule and quote it, then explain why we have that rule in place

alright, We know you have a mic. Thats not a issue anymore. 
The problem we have right now is, You got told by a staffmember, That you need a mic to play. 
so he gave you a warning and kicked you off the server. Yet you ignore this warning and decide to come back and play the day after.
totally ignoring what the staffmember said before. Now on this appeal you are doing exactly the same, ignoring what me and deleter are saying. 

So deleter ask you to go to the rulespage and find the rule you broke. then you copy and paste the rule. 
Then explain why we have this rule. 

 
We cant keep the appeals open for ever.
