In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Tried to have a bit of roleplay with my esteemed colleague, who was talking to 2 police men (drew being one i believe) after they handcuffed him for stealing a police car. To which I told him to say to them that I as watching. "A warning shot will now be fired to prove im not lying" my colleague stated. So I fired one shot to prove the statment was real. From that the two policemen ran straight at me knowing roughly where I was locate, so i fled and hid. 1 minute later I received a message from the server stating "you were kicked by Drew RDM 220117.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel this was a bit excessive with the RDM part as we were roleplaying. I have double checked the rules and you even state (3.1) Roleplay Everything - You must stay in character at all times.
We have pulled this off before and the police released a colleague and we let the police officer live. I truly believe in roleplay and the fun it can cause but I dont find RDM as a good reason for a single shot on the floor.

I haven't been on the server for a time, and the first time back after a nice break this scenario happens.

Your "esteemed colleague" must not of said anything, it is your responsibility to ensure that quality roleplay has been given before any shots are fired.

I could see then from the perpective of the old bill the situtation would look like an RDM scenario. In that case i can only applogise for the unforseen circumstance as it clearly breaks rule 2.2.

Yes of course i am regarding the rules, just a scenario i was not for seeing. I can only apologise for what happened and stay true to my word regarding the servers rules.
