It states ''streaming on our server and use their location information or information from that stream to meet up with them/kill them etc (Punishment is a ban) '' . How ever this did not occur. I did not log in too after watching your stream too go find and kill people. That is what the rule states. I had your stream up on my second monitor while i was RPing with a CSO. I did not use your stream too find people and kill them. So there is no rule break.

If you felt you should call me a cunt because I wasnt responding to you in game and you were not watching my stream that makes this a whole lot worse. I called you a cunt because you told me too fuck off , twice. I had your stream up on my second monitor on near enough mute when i wrote in side. I was not abusing your stream. I mean , i never even watch it too be honest as i couldn't care less about it. You were flying over the Green zone / dealer the whole time this occurred. I did not achieve anything from watching your stream apart from me hearing you chat shit about me.

Either way we could argue all day , but in the end your always gonna have a problem with me. If i get banned then shit fair enough , i will move onto a different community. I mean like im only here to play with my friends , and its not like im gonna loose contact with them. Hopefully the reviewing Admin understands my side of the story

No but you used the information in my stream to reply to me in game. That was your mistake and not mine. If I had said "fuck you" in game I would be persuaded by your argument however I said it in a third party program which our in game rules dissuade you to watch. That ties with my previous experience of your attitude here and I made an informed decision to ban you because of YOUR in game actions. If it was in my stream you would have been banned from the stream and that would have been the end of it. You felt that the 100 odd players in game at the time should see that you called a member of RPUK a "cunt <3" and I took justifiable action on that.

Vlad , i really do not understand how you think of things like this. Like come on man this is pathetic. There is a different from me having your stream on my second monitor not really giving two shits about it ( as i had the stream open when i was on the forum web page. So thats not my fault if you advertise it there. I honestly don't think you understand this rule properly. I mean if you were streaming some guy sniping in the red zone , and i randomly drove behind him and shot him. That would be stream sniping as i would not have known the guy was there. But me watching you fly around Kavala making bets about who is gonna be banned is not stream sniping.

Bit of a waste of time but okay. Hopefully this can get looked into at some point so i know if i need too "fuck off" too a different community.

edit - i would also like to do , you say your stream has nothing to do with this community. But you post it on the front page of the community. Like what are you even on about. If the stream has nothing too do with server stop advertising it on there.

edit 2 - Just look at the likes on my comments this thread. Doesn't this just show that people disagree with the way i was banned. It also shows that people do not wan't me out of this community because i have got too know people very well in my 17 months of playing here.

This is stream sniping whether you like it or not, there is not point arguing the fact. If you want us to put every single detail in the rules then you have another thing coming. It should be common sense to be honest. 

Calling people cunts on sidechat will not be tolerated in anyway. This is your first ban if i'm correct, if you are to return to the community I expect you to tone it down a little and change your attitude. Just by looking at all 5 of your forum warning points i'm doubting whether you fit in here, however you are liked and you're a pretty good roleplayer.

Now quit with the whining and tell me you understand why the ban was put in place and what steps you're willing to take to change the views of certain members of the staff and management team.

@Crumble- Yes you are correct this is my first ban in the 17 months i have been in this community.

Now i am less pissed off , i understand why i was banned. I do disagree with the way it happened , but its not worth arguing and getting permanently banned over it. I see that i broke a rule by having the front page of the webpage open while i was loading in game to buy 6 x 100 round mags i won a bid for. How ever I did not intend too stream snipe , i just had the forums open as i was waiting for a reply from this guy (http://prntscr.com/cv2vah) to buy some mags. I did not use any of the information gained from the stream , as i was purely logging in too buy the mags and then go bed.

I will do my best too tone down my attitude. I have toned it down quite a lot on the forums as i know i can come across quite hostile.

I appreciate you have noticed that i am not a shit roleplayer and that i am known / liked on this community.

Too show staff / managment that i am not a bad person. I will try and improve my RP as a whole (as i know i can be pretty trigger happy at times). I will also try and get into a whitelisted faction (like UNMC or police) so i have more chances for very good RP and less gun fights.

Edit - I would like too ask the two oldest warnings i received was just a miss understanding between me and @Wilco.  I explained everything too him about the situation and agreed it was just misinterpreted and seen the wrong way. So pretty much the only bad thing i have got a warning form would be the meme situation.
