I was banned for running my friend over using a VDM Exploit to heal him to full HP.

Why should we unban you ?
I have not played for around 7-8 months and I decided to come back to play the server and didn't fully read the rules so when I didn't know that running my friend(To heal him back to 100% health) over was against the rules, I just thought it was a glitch/bug that you couldn't be punished for.
