In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was pretty immature and dumb at the time, I didn't read the rules and just played like I liked, going around doing stupid stuff and after I die I would just combatlog and repeat. Also not knowing rules got me this ban since I didn't know you couldn't steal a medics chopper, but looking at it now it seems preety obvious you can't do something that stupid, plus the combatlogging to save my gear is also a big no.

Why should we unban you ?
I am starting to want to play role play again and having tried other servers this one still seems the best, although I was stupid enough to get banned from it. I am willing to change my playstyle and play by the rules and respect them. It has been 3 years since the ban I have changed in the time. This is the only ban I have ever gotten and I hope the last. I understand things better now and am not so easily talked into doing stupid stuff ingame just to harm others. Seeing how the server improved really makes me want to play and get back on. After getting banned I kinda lost interest and thought I could never get back on but I found out I could appeal some time ago and I'm doing it now.

so lets start with Quote me the rules you broke. And explain why we have them in place? 
And just our of curiousity, Why did you took 3 Years to appeal ? 

 
Rules I broke are 2.5 and 2.12, 2.5 stands to prevent people to combatlog and save their gear and money after being killed, and 2.12 stops people from stealing medics choppers because there is not very many of them on the server and they are there to help.

As for not appealing for 3 years, I just kinda lost will to play after it and didn't feel like it, but now I kinda see how it all progressed and like it and would like to play again.

Start doing easy legal jobs to fund myself a truck and some money on the side and then see whats a more profitable job (legal/illegal) and start getting into that, but I'd also have fun with people and make friends while doing the jobs and earning money.

 
As a lot of things have changed in 3 years, and your self admission to having not read the rules in the past could you please quote and explain, RDM, VDM and NLR

 
RDM or random deathmatch is killing someone randomly without any sort of RP initation, basically just opening fire.

VDM or vehicle deathmatch is using a vehicle as a weapon and running people over with it.

NLR or new life rule means you cannot return towards your death location in a radius of 1000m for 15 minutes.

 
[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]This rule is not applicable in the red zone.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Basically means you cannot kill anyone randomly, you have to initiate RP and then start shooting depending how the situation escalates.[/SIZE]

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

Means you can't use any sort of vehicle to commit murder or harm someone.

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does remember their friends & gang members.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Means that after dying and beggining a new life you shouldn't hunt down the person that killed you and look for stuff you lost but continue on with RP without any connection to the past situations since your character can't remember them because he died and lives a new life. You can't return to the location within 1000m because you could be wanting to kill the person that killed you or get your stuff/vehicle back. You can remember your friends and gang members because they are people you always do play with.[/SIZE]
