In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for advertising yes, but not to a large scale of people, i will explain. Me and my two friends took this guy hostage who we spoke to for a bit while driving round in our car and realized that he was new to the island/server and decided to help him by giving him some money and protecting him while he goes mining for iron in my hemitt box, we then decided we wanted to be friends with this guy so i gave him my own personal teamspeak ip which is used by a few of my friends while we play games. I gave this new player the teamspeak ip through direct chat when nobody was around, i was then banned by Khandamir about 5 minutes later.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned as i love playing the server with my little group of friends as much as we can as its the only good uk/eu altis life server around, i also believe i should be unbanned as it was a genuine mistake and didnt realise it was a ban-able offence as i know of many people who have given out teamspeak ip's in direct chat.

You were banned for putting an IP in chat, as you said. This falls under the advertising rule as it is possible that you could be trying to advertise, but there could also be no intention of that.

Yes I understand that it does come across that I was advertising however, I was just giving a new player/friend a private teamspeak ip adress through direct.
