I was banned for killing player named Creedd after he was knocked out and robbed at the weed processing.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm here to have fun, play with friends and doing my best to obey the rules. So basically I thought he was taking out a gun because of the animation (I didn't know it does that after you recover from the knockout.) and I killed him. I understand that I should have waited and not to shoot immediately. I'm not here to cause any trouble, it was just a mistake and I'm sorry and I understand what I did wrong. This wont happen again in the future.

Explain the rule you broke in your own words

 
I broke RDM (Random death match) Killing someone without a proper roleplay or giving enough time. I shot him straight after I saw the "gun" animation and didn't see the actual gun which was wrong

Give me an example of a roleplay story using a minimum of 250 characters or more.

The Scenario:
 

You and a friend have a spike strip, and want to set up a roadblock:

 
 I was driving near Agios with my friend and unexpectedly we saw a crashed cop car under a tree. I stop the car beside the road and start looking around if there is anyone injured. I didn’t see anyone nearby. I decided to take look into the cop car’s trunk and there was a spike trap. I take the spike trap and decided to set a roadblock near the weed field where smugglers get their weed. 

On the road leading to the weed field, we find a nice spot which was after a tight turn so smugglers couldn’t see the roadblock from a distance and escape through the woods. We waited less 5 minutes when first smuggler drive towards our roadblock with his Boxer. The Boxer guy drives slowly to us and stops infront of our spike trap. I have rifle holstered in my hands and I walk closer to his Boxer and start a conversation:
Me: Hello there, you will be fine if you comply with us
Boxer guy: I will do anything to stay alive
Me: Just give us the weed you picked and you’ll be fine
Boxer guy: Weed are in the trunk, let me open it.

The guy opens the trunk. There was only a small brown package, which was full of unprocessed weed. While I carry the package to our car I say: You can keep the truck, we don’t need it. We got what we wanted, even though it was a small catch. I take the spike trap from the ground and I put it to the trunk. I hop in the car and leave the area as quickly as possible.
