Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbanned as i wasn't lag switching (even though it looked like it). I know that this will probably get denied but i must try as this is the serverwhich i most care about. This past week my internet has been going down, so i decided to use my hotspot on my phone which makes it very hard to play but playable, i know this seems very obscure as you would just think that i would wait for my internet to start working again however i must try as i have put oever 400+ hours into the is server alone and i don't want my time on the server to end just yet or on these terms.
By my messae which i responded to the report against me ("Sorry for this incident i will happily compensate you for any gear you lost, sorry that i didn't go into teamspeak i had to do something important at the time. But i will happily come to teamspeak today or tomorrow to talk about what happend. again sorry") i was trying to sort tge issue without involving the admins so i didn't mention that i was using my hotspot as i was hoping to tell the person that i killed what had happened, and i also didn't want to make it look like i was making excuses.
Again as i said i know you will deny this unban request probably without reading this, but its my favourite server and i woud hate to leave. i think i shouldn't get banned as i am enjoying the community more than ever with the ifrit and hunter race which i was apart of having a laugh and having good time with everyone on the server. I bring alot of good roleplay and funny times to altis. I would love to be unbanned even though its impossible as i want to have more funny moments with the cops as a civillian and have more amazing times in the NHS.
I would never use a lag switch or any other item to get an advantage over someone else as that is the wrong and ruins communites. I know the video it doesn't look right but i hope you relise that my hotspot wasn't really suitable to play on which has resulted on me probably never going back on the server, which isn't what i want.
If thos does get denied i would just like to say sorry if you do believe that i did use a lag swicth, which isn't the case. I would like to say thank you to the admins and the developers for creating one of the best arma 3 roleplay servers ever which has had me hooked for over 400+ hours and given me some of the best and funniest moment ever. I would mainly like to say a big thank you to the community because without i would never have been hooked or had some of the fuuniest and best moments ever.

It sounds as though you've already given up.

So you join the server with the name "JESUS" and perform the godly like act of pulling a pistol and downing a player in 0.3894729834793284 of a second?

Do you have any logs to prove that you were on a hotspot/your internet was or still in unstable?

If it still is unstable, it doesn't instil confidence that this wouldn't happen again if you were to get unbanned.

 
I haven't given up i just hope that you do believe me as i love this server and don't want to leave it just yet. 

I don't know where would i find logs for my hotspot? (it was on my iphone), however my internet is find now  stable.

For me it wasn't 0.34...... seconds it was a lot longer for it was in real time for  me, one thing i found strange he didn't react when i pulled out my so i shot him as he threatened my life so i was very confused.

 
For someone who claims to have had poor internet and using a mobile hotspot you were playing for several hours at a time without getting kicked for any drop in Internet or spike in ping. I do find it all too convenient timing that the time that this comes out is in the appeal, rather than being upfront in the report because you 'didn't want to involve admins' which has worked out to your detriment, would you not agree? You also failed to mention it when you installed TeamSpeak at the request of Mad Yoke. So we've got playing games on a 'mobile hotspot', downloading programs on a 'mobile hotspot'. Bearing in mind that the report was put up the following day, how is it that in the 2 days before action was taken you never managed to have this conversation, despite playing both days for several hours, on top of that, you mentioned your originally never had this chat with Mad Yoke because 'Something important came up' so why is it, that after you'd said you'd download TS, that you stayed on the server for an additional 20 minutes. 22:56 - 23:17 Again no mention that something came up and you had to go.

As i said in the report against me, i had to go do something as my mum asked me do something and after that it was late and didn't want me to play and wake her up. The reason for me in the report for not saying that i was using a hotspot as i wanted to confirm with Mad Yoke before admin as i would have compensated him for any gear loss due to my hotspot. i didn't want to be upfront in the report as it would look like im giving an excuse, as i thought you would instantly ban be so i thought the best way to come to the situation is apologetic and sort it out with mad yoke. i would have been able to thats why i said in the report that i am happy to sort the situation out on Teamspeak.
As for me playing the game i must admit the hotspot wasn't bad but when i was driving in the game it felt fine from my screen but my friend said that i desyncing everywhere. As for the gun fight i don't know why it had been my first gun fight i had using my hotspot, so i don't know for that. I stayed on the server for 5 minutes installing ts and doing the security, but once i had done the security my mum shouted me, so i had to go, i knew he was going to report me so decided not to bring an excuse and descuse this further with him, and then explain it to the admins.
I understand that you are trying to make the comunity better and get rid of all cheater, however i don't understand why i would use a lagswitch that obvious when i have put so much time and effort into the server when i would know the consiquence. 
I have been trying to look for logs on my computer and phone to prove that i was using a hotspot however i couldn't find anything so i looked at my old speed test and found that on the 5 of April i did one proving that my internet speed was unplayable i have cropped the ip out as i don't want to share that with everyone but if u provide me with a private way to share i will be happy to share that part. The one that is for the 15th of April is to prove that my internet is now stable and fine.

Having looked in detail at the IP addresses you've connected with whilst playing, there's not a single one that relates to a mobile phone network. In fact, for the past 2 years, all of your connections have been with BT Broadband.

Additionally, your April 5th image looks doctored. Comparing all the background dots of both images, they are identical, except around the date, particularly the rogue dot that appears below and to the right of the 8. 

This lead me to look at this in more detail. Overlaying the two images and pixel matching the bin, share and arrow icons show the vertical positions of the text don't match up. One is slightly lower than the other which is not the case with every other piece of text in the image. They all match 100%

Care to explain?

Sorry for late response ive been at hospital for the last couple of days ive been at the hospital getting my knee checked and x-rayed as i have fractured it.

i cropped the photos once from my phone so they wont line up correctly as for the background even from ur pictures i can't tell the difference. 

As for the ip i dont believe that can be right as i have played from my laptop in different locations so there  should be more than just my home wifi, as for the hotspot i don't know how to prove it but i was if u know a way in which i can i would be happy to show you. 

i am not an expert wiht computers or wifi but as i know my ip does change regularly(every couple of days) so there should more than one ip .
