I was going to the airport with my friend, and i shot a person without telling him to put his hands up and i did low RP.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i didn't read the rules well enough and i thought i told him to put his hands up. I know i did a bad thing and this is the first ban for me and i've been banned for a while now and i've read the rules a couple of times so i think im ready to get back on the server. I know i can do better and i wont do it again so please give me one more chance. I also want to apologize to everyone and hope they can let me back on the server.

Please tell us exactly what you did wrong and why you did it. This is your only chance to be truthful with us.

 
ok. as this was a long time ago im having trouble remembering exacly what happened.

But i basically bought a gun and went over to the airport to shot people from far away, so i think it was two or three people in a car that where heading towards me and then i shot the without ingaging with them. I also shot them with no reason except to have fun, which was really stupid. but i shot them without ingaging and shot in to a greenzone and thats what happened at the airport and thats why i got banned.

it was really just a dumb thing that i thought was funny at the moment but i understand why i got banned and i think it's right aswell. I shot at multiple people from outside the greenzone in to it and then shot the people in the car that was heading towards me. 

This is the only thing that i remember from the incident but it's as accurate as i can remember.  

 
What about you breaking NLR?

Also do you remember what you said to an admin before you got banned?

 
No i do not remember what i said i've played on many other servers in between so i can't sort out wich one is which and it was a long time ago.

I wasn't aware that the server had NLR, as said earlier i didn't read the rules before i played then, which was quite stupid.

 
The ban notes document you 1) not having a mic, 2) trying to shoot into the GZ at the airport (after realising the game wouldnt let you shoot in the GZ, 3) breaking NLR, 4) you confirming you shot at people in the airport GZ because your friend had been banned.

All this within only an hour and a half of being on the server.... perhaps you are better on the other servers? Unless you want to convince us that you are able to significantly improve. 

How about we give you a chance to show us. 

Lets start with going to the rules page and finding every rule you broke in your time here, then copying and pasting each rule in to your reply, then explain the rule in your own words, then tell us why you think we have each rule in place.

Sure sorry i've been busy.

1. 3.3 Microphones are required on RPUK servers. (i'ts pretty obvious but it says that you are required to have a working mic to play on the server which i didn't at the time.

[SIZE=medium]6.1.1 You must not attempt to kill anyone in a green zone. ( You can't try to kill anyone in green zone)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]6.1.2 [/SIZE]Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones at all times. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server. (You can't walk around with the gun in the air since it has to be holstered)

5.3 Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired. (You must stay outside of the area you died or where killed until the NLR timer has expired)

This was everything i found, i tried to find a specific rule for point 4) but 6.11 is close to what i did.

 
So why do we have these rules? 

Explain aswell what they mean. 

 
The server has these rulse to keep it as real as possible and to sustain control over the server and it's players so that you can play on the server without having people destroy the gameplay and if they do they get banned (like me).

I explaned what they meant in the previous post but i will write again.

1.3.3, you have to have a working mic to play and be on the server without being banned, because it dosent follow the rules of the RPR on the server. 

6.1.1, you are prohibited to shot at people (or try to kill them in some way) in a green zone since it dosen't obey the rules of the server.

6.1.2, you can't walk around with a gun in green zone unless it is holstered, this is a rule to prevent players from threatening others and/or shot people.

5.3, this rule means that if you die or get killed you can't go back to the area for some time (15 min) so that you can't go back to the same place directly and participate in the same battle until 15 min have passed. 

Point 5.3 also means that you are not allowed to remember what happened before you got killed.

 
Hello Player,

I hope you learned your lesson, and will Refrain from such behavior again. You may continue your adventures again, but if any issues arise then come to TS first before it gets out of Hand. Check the rule page Weekly to Keep yourself Fresh on the current rules.
