In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because I called a police officer a "retard" once in direct chat with \ because he kept breaking the rules after I'd told him to stop with voice chat (with RP) at first and then with a direct statement in \, he kept going on about a ticket I payed before getting shot by his colleagues near there (not NLR close) after a Hatchback Sport chase on the runway that resulted in my death (I got shot). The guy knew I had been killed and proceeded to talk about the ticket, according to the rules, I'm not supposed to remember anything leading up to my death, I told the guy and he didn't comply, unfortunately for me, there was an admin (playing as police) who quickly swiwtched to admin mode and banned me.

Why should we unban you ?
I should get unbanned because I'm very sorry for what I've done and because the police officer (who is an admin) broke the rules himself by talking about events that happened before my death and who to my knowledge, hasn't compensated for the fact. Furthermore, having read the rules prior to the ban I should have remembered that I'm not allowed to insult the police officer (who broke the rules, and kept doing that) in \ but that I am allowed to in voice or without \ and I promise that (thanks to this very potent reminder, the ban) won't happen again no matter how mad it drives me to see people breaking the rules. I really hope you can understand how much I regret my misbehaviour and where I was coming from at the moment of the fact.

You are banned from the game servers for calling myself a "retard" in // (Out of character) and then you also thought it was a good idea to come onto our Teamspeak 3 server and also call me a "retard" to one of the Member Support, @Fetty Wap.

My character was not aware that your character was "killed" within roleplay and therefore I continued. You made no attempt other than "//I died, I don't remember" to explain it to me within roleplay... for example, "perhaps you gave my twin brother a ticket, we look very a like but sadly he was killed" and then we could have continued...

I personally, unless it is very important, choose to ignore OOC messages whilst in an rp session as it ruins the creativity and makes everything "planned".

Calling myself a retard multiple times (Teamspeak 3 server and the game servers) is complete discrimination which is not tolerated on this community... you do not know me personally and therefore to make such harsh insults towards me is completely unacceptable.

This is an adult community, and you are extremely rude and immature.

I'm sorry for contiuing on TS but I was very mad and Fetty wasn't supposed to be there, I really want to make up for this if in any way I can, I'm very sorry because I had been playing for a few months and the server was really starting to grow on me, I really hope you can please forgive me and understand that coming up with that clever RP response isn't yet within my skills.

"Fetty wasn't supposed to be there"... If you was in Staff help rooms... He is supposed to be there, he is a level 3 Member Support. 

This is a serious RP community... And just because you cannot think of a good RP story yet, as ofcourse you are learning - it does not mean that you can't insult people OOC, especially calling someone a "retard" on the servers AND then continuing to do so on the Teamspeak 3 servers.

Unban appeal pending on@Crumble or @Thesoldier's decision. I am the banning staff member and the person whom you called a retard and I wouldn't want to judge this unfairly based on this.

Fetty Wap thought something was going on since the whole gang was in the lobby. That said that is the first and last time l will ever call a person a retard or any other name and I really want to thank you for teaching me this with this very potent tool. I can assure you that I am very sorry for what I've done and that I have learned my lesson, if you wish to keep me banned for more time I can perfectly understand but I beleve I deserve a second chance because I promise I will never do that again. I'm really sorry.

So you hurl abuse at a Staff member and a Support Member. These are grounds for a community ban normally, but I want to know.

Why would you hurl abuse at Fetty Wap who is:

1. A member of the ALUK/RPUK team

2. A volunteer

3. A third party not involved in the situation.

I dont recall directing any insults to admin Fetty Wap honestly but if I did, which I'm fairly sure I didn't (checked the vids) I apologise very much for that too. The fact of the matter is that I'm really sorry for calling Jamz what I did in OOC once and later in TS in the clans lobby in a different context in front of admin Fetty Wap, seeing the consequences of my ungrounded actions I've decided to stop using the term as a whole because I aknowledge the fact that it is unacceptable to call people like that. Furthermore I'd been training myself unconciously to use the term by using it non-stop to describe the less thought out actions of my fellow clanmates. Again, I don't recall calling Fetty Wap anything and if I did I'm infinitely sorry for doing so, I understand that you guys have are in the right since, (thanks to the conversation) I've come to know that Jamz didn't know about my very recent death, and that I called him a very nasty name in OOC, but it's the first and last time this is going to occur, I promise. Seeing as this was done in anger it will be handled as swearing at another player out of roleplay.

That being said, it's a video game, do you understand that you shouldn't say things like that in anger?
