In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Cause i shot a person too fast, but that was because my own life was in danger, cause there was 5-8 more of them near the corner of the building, and when i initiated, the person didnt accepted my order, so he ran away and i just shot him... i agree that was a low level roleplay and i know the rules. But i would like to say that noone tried to resolve it the other way, even on a report post i didnt had a time to discuss and ask some questions... and there was no problem to resolve it and compensate or say sorry... just got kicked cause the person who reportes me didnt wanted to listen me...

Why should we unban you ?
Cause most of the times i played as NHS ans its the first time in 1.6 years that i got banned and i know that it will never happen again....

That means that whatever you do outside the red zone, must be initiated the fair way. If you want to rob someone, you should give at least a good roleplay to that person, so he at least had fun time while being robbed. That is the same for the shooting and other things. Whatever you wanna do, you should try to do your best in roleplay, cause shooting and pvp is not consideres game style in roleplay servers.

When i want to rob someone or give them an order, i will try to initiate in a higher level rp + i"m gonna give more time to comply with my order. And will add some kind of words to my orders, so it will look more realistic and more fun for all people in the area.

Are you the friend of ticktack or what? Look at the teamspeak server logs or ask him, he kicked me at the moment when i started to explain him why i shot him. I think i'm answering to Jefke's questions, and i would like to communicate with him only. Cause seems that you dont understand what i'm saying. Ask him why he kicked me. I asked him in the report post but i got banned without him answering me. Sorry, but i would like to come to ts and solve this, but i will be on pc one day after maybe(now i'm on my phone)... if you can and of course you do if you're staff member, look at ts logs or ask tictack... i have no evidence, but i'm telling you the second time where you can find the evidence for him kicking me without trying to resolve the situation the other way than this. Thank you so much.

Every staff level 4 member is allowed to post on unban appeals and turning away Aiden and saying you only want to communicate with Jefke is out of the question.
Personally I don't like your attitude towards Aiden is appropriate cause he does understand. We don't have teamspeak logs. So if you don't have the evidence we can't do anything with the "Attempted resolve" or not. So hence Aiden asked for evidence. So do you have any or don't you?

No, i do not have an evidence cause i didnt tought that i allways need to record what i'm talking with admins. Next time i'll know that. And about that, i would like to discuss...

I'm not complaining about busterguy banning me straight away without letting me to discuss it with ticktack and try to resolve it.... I still want to be on this server, but if you guys will make me an idiot... well, okay... not gonna fight with the wind....

I'm really friendly and i dont want to be mad on anyone or to cry or complain about anything.. All i want is the truth, the truth, that will help to resolve all this situation in a fair way.

Well you only wants to communicate with me, 
my thoughts of this is , total our of order. 
Any level 4 staff member is able to do Dispute a ban. 
Your attitude towards aiden is totally not needed. 
Therefore, you can think how your next appeal will be. 
i am not taking this attitude, Aiden put so many free time, so you guys can play with the best comfort and a minimum on rulebreaks. 
So think about your attitude and change. Also i think you own aiden a  apologies.
