I'm not to sure honestly I was banned by Bob Marley for "Abuse" how ever I haven't done anything I would like to see the evidence that shows I was abusive towards this player or towards the member Bob Marley if the player ToxicGamerFTW reported me I have resolved this issue with him and he said he wouldn't report and I haven't being abusive to any other players.

Why should we unban you.
I am very sorry for what I did and I promise that this will not happen again I have fully read and understood the rules and know that abusive behaviour is wrong and is not accepted I did wrong In what I did by calling ToxicGamer a D**k head and this is not acceptable. The rule I broke was (1.4) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban. Which I have understood I did this out of anger and I promise you that it wont happen again, many staff members may know that I was reporting a guy called Toxicgamer and this wasn't out of anger this was genuine I saw him do It however I do not have this on video evidence that is why I have told you to keep a eye out on him. In my situation I could have done a lot better to ignore him or just leave the teamspeak server before things get out of hand. I understand what I did wrong and I will now follow the rules correctly. I have read and understood the rules and if anything like this happens to me again then this will be a ban 6 months+ I have read the unban appeal process and fully understand what is going to happen and I finally understand that there is no timeframe for the appeal.

I banned Hunter for being unpleasant and swearing towards a member of the community. It started to from saying that ToxicGamer "is a terrible leader" to calling him a "dickhead". Hunter/GrandNutz said that he would say that he call him that as much as he likes, this was when I decided to issue a ban.

I was close to banning both Hunter/Grandnutz and ToxicGamer, as ToxicGamer threatened to report Hunter/Grandnutz but I took into account that he was receiving verbal insults from Hunter/Grandnutz and gave ToxicGamer a very firm warning. 

EDIT: @Jamz I see how I worded one of the quotes from Hunter to appear that he said it to me, however everything I quoted of what Hunter/Grandnutz said was all directed at ToxicGamer. My apologies for the confusion.

@GrandNutz why should you be unbanned if you are speaking to Members of the community like this?

Also, why are you speaking to a support member so rudely by saying "I can call him that as much as I like"?

I didn't mean it as I could just say it and nothing would happen and to be 100% honest I really don't have an excuse for my words and rudeness I understand I did wrong and I don't think that in any situation it is alright to call someone a "dickhead" and get away with it I understand that this is totally not acceptable and will not happen again. I use the team speak server not just to meet people but also to talk to my mates, it is a brilliant server and understand what I did wrong I am begging for forgiveness and I promise nothing like this will come from me again. I am truly sorry. @Jamz@Professor bobmarley

11.1) Common Sense, This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak. Don't be silly use your smarts no cussing at people not trolling of bully this will result in a ban @Jamz

 
Next time, treat people how you expect to be treated..... with respect.

It appears that Mr Hunter has been trying to get around his ban

EDIT: I did not issue that teamspeak ban, in my experience that message sometimes show up when they are using a VPN and I was informed that Hunter/GrandNutz did message ToxicGamer on teamspeak earlier today. So seeing my own ban message without issuing a ban and hearing that Hunter/Grandnutz pm'd ToxicGamer it doesn't look good.

EDIT Part two: @Farmer Gilesjust confirmed to me that PlzIneedhelp and Hunter are the same person (Same TS UID).

If this is true, please admit to it now, as if you say that it is not true and I get home to find that it is, I will ensure that you stay permanently banned for a further 6 months...
