I was being shot at by a police man and i was driving toward him so i attempted to run him over

RDM is the act of which somebody kills/attempts to kill another player for the sake of killing them, meaning it is out of character and is fail RP. To counter act this the player must give some kind of quality role play before considering combat. Also it stands for Random Death Match....
