BattleEye 2.5 Admin kick "you were kicked 15-3-18"

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
While I was playing on server 1 I was at the kavala car shop and then my friend was being shot at so I helped him, but my friend killed him. Then 3 police walked up and asked what happened and we told them and as they said "I say you with a big gun out im going to have to search you" I said ok can I just check one thing and they said yea and I check how much this one car costed, so then as I closed out of the screen to buy a car, I heard "sir come here" and then my game froze and then after almost a minute, it wasn't responding, so then i got a crashed screen pop up ( I took a picture) and as I tried to join back to run back there so I wouldn't get banned, I tried to join and then it said I was kicked, and also as I crashed I had to relog into my wifi because that is why I crashed. (someone in my house changed the wifi password)

Why should we unban you ?
I think that I should be unbanned because I feel like it wasn't my fault I was banned and that I should have one more chances because there wasn't anything I could do about the wifi and the fact that I crashed because of it. - Gone

*And yes I made 2 Ban Appeal's because the first one i messed up on the date I was banned and also my steam ID sorry*

If your game was not responding for a minute your player would of stayed ingame, walking or stuck on the spot. @Gurlanin Do you remember much regarding this ban?

It is also a very ideal time for someone in your house hold to change the "Wifi Password"

Could you also provide us with this screenshot you have talked about in this appeal.

There was no "losing connection" message, or usual repeating movement that comes with connection issues, only the "disconnected" message. You walked away from the police and stood in front of the Car Shop menu stand for no more than 20 seconds before you disconnected.

 
Why did we not join the server once the wifi was sorted, or join TS to speak to staff?

From your attitude in the comments i'm half a mind to deny your appeal right now, but i'll just lock it make you wait a further couple of days before you get an actual response.

We want to know what happened and gain as much context as possible so that we can figure out if you are a liar, or if you were telling the truth. We don't care for your domestic life at all; we just want context.

Also its been over a month and the fact that it takes the staff team that long to find this simple problem out I don't really care anymore because it shows me that you guys can't solve the problem quick enough so you can keep me ban at this point because all my friends stopped playing the server already I still did because I thought it was fun, but after talking to staff on team speak and you guys asking the same questions on my fourm then keep me banned shows me what a "great" server this really is. 

Also I didn't say that you did or had to care about my life you asked and that shows me how delirious you are and how much respect for others you have @Samatlewis
