In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I have accidentally VDM'ed a police officer which I humbly regret, I was driving in the city of Kavala and I was in an SUV with two other friends of mine which I drove my car without control into two policemen, they pulled me out and they questioned my but I was unable to answer due to my microphone was not enabled. 5 mins after I was banned Perm. In my opinion I don't think its fair for a new player on Roleplay to be banned perm for VDM by accident, I wish I could take it all back.

Why should we unban you ?
I am a hardcore RP player on ARMA and I was looking for RP servers to play on, which I found this one, by due to my stupidity I humbly apologies for my actions and I deeply regret what I have done I hope I could be unbanned for the actions I have taken which was against my will as I have had no control to prevent the VDM at the time and place I was in. I know the rules and have read them many times during the session of my ban and compare all the servers I've played on I feel like if I am unbanned this would be one of the servers I would play on for a long tme.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This is the rule that I have broke, which I have read along with the rest of the rules on the sever, and as I said before I humbly apologies for the mistake I have made.  

 
Please do not bump your appeal, there is an edit option where you could have added that, your appeal will get looked at, when the time comes. 

 
You have already quoted it but can you please explain in your own words the VDM rule and why you think we have it?

 
In my own opinion VDM is like RDM, you won't use vehicle to kill someone during an RP fight as it won't be fair and it won't have any aspect of RP. VDM stands for Vehicle Deathmatch which is to use a vehicle of some sort to kill someone intentionally or causing harm. Having the rule for VDM allows players to have a fair fight as anyone with any vehicle will be able to cause damage and make another lose a lot no matter what type of protection the victim may have.
