In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
well i didnt realise i was banned untill i just tried logging in just now, so im not 100% sure, i was in a gunfight and i had to go, but i knew disconnecting in the middle of the gun fight is obviously against the rules, so i didnt do that, as i literally had to go, i went down stairs in a tower as i was going to try take out a few of the opposite gang before i died, but to my surprise someone was in the tower, as i remember TW Shuttle, who i have nothing against, killed me, and after my death i then disconnected.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because i actually follow the rules, i dont have break them, i respect the staff team, as i am writing this report without being salty, i mean i really do enjoy this server, and i hope i can actually come back to it. if given the opportunity.

You had to go as soon as you were killed by the officer.... What a coincidence.

Time to tell the truth, did you even try and resolve this with the guy you combat logged on?

 
He wasnt an officer.. he was playing as rebel, and i didnt combat log, i was killed, after i died, i then closed my game as i had to leave, he killed me as a rebel at pygros drug dealer tower. 

but yeah i died before i disconnected. 

and i had to go before i disconnected, i just tried to get out of there as soon as i could, and as it was still an active gunfight i didnt leave untill i wasnt associated with it anymore. 

 
I messaged TW shuttle asking him if he got my gun or anything of value as I am happy to wire him the money. I didn't realise closing the game after I died was combat logging, I had a discussion with John winters on team speak and he informed me of what I did wrong. I am exstreamly sorry for this, and it most definitely will not happen again.

 
Copy and paste the rule you broke and explain to me why you at first did not understand what you did wrong. Read the rule carefully.

 
(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

and at first i thought as i logged out after i was dead wasnt against the rules, i now know this and it shall not ever happen again. 

 
Do you understand that if you are unbanned, this will be a final chance? If you break one more rule, you will not be able to appeal for 6 months. Are you 100% sure you know the rules and understand them well enough not to end up in the same place again?

 
I do. It was a mistake, in quite a chaotic time, because I had to go, I understand all the rules and I shall not break them again.
