In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
2 sound-boarders came into The Glasgow Channel on Teamspeak. I was in there by myself waiting for a friend to join me. The sound-boarders started hassling me for about 20 seconds and I ignored them. An Admin then logged into the channel and banned everyone in there (I did not have enough time to Alt-Tab out of game to change Teamspeak channel before the Admin hopped in and banned everyone in the room.)

Why should we unban you.
I'm innocent of trolling. I dont use sound-boards and was simply waiting for a friend in an empty channel when the two trollers jumped in harrasing me. The admin must of been chasing them through the Teamspeak server and when he found them banned everyone in there to make sure. I really would like to be allowed back on Teamspeak so i can communicate with friends in game and also progress my character. It also helps to enjoy these awesome servers a lot more! Hi @Khandamir/Paul Montana. I'm not sure, whenever I try to get back onto the Teamspeak server I just receive the following message:

 You are banned permanently. Reason: "Trolling - Appeal @ Altislife.co.uk" and that is the only information I can find on Teamspeak since the evening I got banned.

Yes, Screaming in German at people in a public room, had multiple complaints, they were asked to keep it down and to speak english to people, they then screamed at me in german, Gave them a warning and then he was banned ultimately for then playing a very loud soundboard

Hi @PC Hank@Crumble, I've just spoken to a friend who was in the room with me that evening. His name is Miseryguts on these forums and Foley McMurphy in game. He was also banned but I believe he has just been reinstated and he is prepared to vouch for me that I was not reponsible either. We were both on an Oil run at the time with everyone else muted. There were a lot of trolls coming in and out all the time, hence the muting. I never troll or soundboard.  Regards, GeeScmidt.

 
Hi @Crumble. I'm not claiming Hank is lying I just think this is a mistake. Ive only been playing on the server for about a month and understand the huge amount of trolls you have coming through the Teamspeak Channel so I believe im being mistaken for someone else.  If I was guilty I would admit it and accept the consequences as i have read the rules and am fully aware of what not to do in the servers/teamspeak channel but as i'm innocent I will always try and defend my corner. I'm not sure what else I can say, I just ask if you can lift the ban so i can prove that i dont log in to Teamspeak to troll but to enhance the Altis experience. I would really appreciate to be given the chance to prove im not trolling and continue to make the most of these great servers by engaging with the community using the Teamspeak Channel.
