In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I honestly have no idea how I got banned. I was on my civilian profile playing happily. I witnessed a VDM as I was trying to pull my vehicle out, then when I got the chance I got in my truck and sped away. As far as I know though I killed no one. There was a point where I was first person in the truck and it's possible it happened by accident but I just don't know.

Why should we unban you ?
I am a member of the NHS and joined clearly to help people. Either this was a mistake or an accident. In either case I am not trying to grief on purpose. As a member of the NHS I think I have already contributed more than most and this is not helping my rep there either.

I got a message saying someone was VDM'ing at Kavala garage. I turn on the camera and go over there, see two people laying on the ground and only your vehicle driving away from the scene. Thus I made the call, as there was no one else around, you were the one to hit them.

Did I miss someone else driving away, or did you hit them by accident?

Some one drove away from the scene (*Amendmant-I am amending this I actually didn't see him drive away so it's possible they killed each other.  i made an assumption at first that he drove away because what griefer wouldn't.) and I thought since it happened while I pulled my car out I thought it registered me automatically or something.  I got out of there as fast as possible to avoid this very situation. I honestly don't think I killed any one.  I also know for a fact the guy was driving a stock red offroader just like mine.  If some how I am completely misinterpreting the situation some how and I killed him I am sorry.  You are right though it did happen in a flash.  So any one observing after the fact would have seen no one.  There was a third witness who must have logged right after because the VDMer was on top if him as well at one point (*amendmant-again this is the last thing I saw as I drove away).  I am sorry between VDM and ban it happened really fast and I caught no names.

I realize also that you all are very busy and I make no demands, as I know that you all have no obligation for a time line.  I respectfully request that this circumstance be considered before my promotion ceremony tomorrow (which I have worked very hard for).  Some kind of fair resolution would be beneficial for both myself and the NHS in this case.

Can you explain in your own words what VDM is and why it is important to have as a basic rule?

VDM means Vehicle Death Match which is purposefully endangering players, their vehicles, or their property, with your vehicle.  As a basic rule it prevents greifing and unwanted role play within the server.  The green zone in particular should be a safe place with in to conduct business or promote interaction with out the fear of violence or reprisal from another player character.
