In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned for RDM due to a misunderstanding. Me and my team was doing weed runs and we was going to the drug dealer with a helicopter and we ended up engaging in combat with the police and tried to get them to move away from the dealer, they didnt. so we decided to move to the other dealer and what looked like the same police following us in their car. We arrive at the other dealer and shortly after so does the same police (or so i thought). It was 2 different members of the police investigating the dealer, i opened fire on them thinking they were the same police that we was in a firefight with just 5 minutes before and i ended up killing somebody i havent engaged in RP with.

Why should we unban you ?
It was a misunderstanding i did not intentionally try to kill somebody just for the fun of it, next time i will be more careful and make sure the person i see infront of me is who i think it is before i engage in any way or form. I will not do this again and I'm sorry for all the hassle this has caused

Next time i will speak out to the people that are approaching us, making sure not to open fire thinking it is somebody else. I think that they could benefit because i am a good team player with a lot of strategic plans, also just a general nice guy, i like to help people out as much as i can when i find somebody in need of help. In the future i must remember to interact with people before i open fire, even when i think i know who it is. 

The rule i broke was (2.2) RDM or known as Random Deathmatch, this means opening fire on another person without a valid RP reason. Just before shooting i must make sure i create a RP situation in which i can start opening fire, or better yet: create a RP situation which DOESNT end in me opening fire on somebody. Another example of RDM is VDM or known as Vehicle Deathmatch which mean using a vehicle to gain an advantage by running people over or using that vehicle to cause a explosion to take people out

In the future, you must make sure that the people you are shooting at have been initiated on with high quality roleplay. You had moved from one location to another, and whilst I understand that you thought you were being followed the entire time and I empathise with that, the decision, and therefore consequences, of your actions fall on you and you alone. In this case, not double checking that the police car was involved has caused you to lose out on playing for around a week.

I'm going to unban you, but I'm also going to hold you to what you just said in the future.
