In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was banned beacause i was robbing someone and i saw drew running up to me and hiding in a croner and pulled out his gun and i saw it because the gun was sticking out. he then jumps out of the corner and yells what are you doing with that hobo. aiming his gun at me i desided to gun him down.

Why should we unban you ?
after the incident was over i realized i was a bit to fast with my gun and dident give any good chance for some good roleplay. i was hoping for him to ask me to come to ts and talk this over and give him comp but i was instabanned. i do realize i broke the rule and i hope i can get unbanne for this incident. this is the best server with altis life inn it with active staff that dose an amazing job and i hope i can join back soon

Why did you think it was acceptable to instantly gun me down without any words from yourself?

This action then lead to someone picking up the weapon and going on a mass rdm spree killing medics ect. Don't you think this would have been avoided if you exchanged words and roleplayed?

the reason for me shooting you down so quickly was because i saw you draw a gun out and then pointed it at me so i feared for my life.

BUT this is not acceptable to gun someone down instantly i was high on adrenalin and my actions lead to fail RP and it also lead to someone mass RDM 

i do believe strongly this incident could have been avoided with exchange of word but i was to jumpy seeing you with the gun

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

i would say i broke the rule 2.2 RDM random deathmatch.

i shot someone without properly engaging him which lead to poor quality of roleplay. and it also lead to someone picking up the gun and mass RDM

in the future i will be more aware of my surroundings and be less jumpy with the gun. that way i leave more room for better quality rolepaly 

and i will remember this incident so that i can be more aware of the rules that i need to follow
