In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Called someone a d##khead in the chat when he said that "He fired warning shots at me before killing me". Considering I was in a heli, I didn't hear said warning shots and I consider that RDM, to which I tried contacting an admin but to no avail.

Why should we unban you.
I will promise that no more swearing will be seen from my part in the chat, and that I will respect the rules as I have done every time I have played on this server since November 2014. And next time, if I break a rule that I'm either not fully aware of or not fully understand, do warn me before I get kicked or banned again, either on TS, in-game via text or in the chat. Thanks.

So why act like a kid? What could you have done instead of swearing OOC?

 
1. I didn't realise that was a rule, I may have missed it on my first read through or simply forgotten it. 

At that point in the game I was running pretty low on money (~150k if I remember correctly) so it was a case of me being a little mad that I may get my helicopter scrapped.

2. I should have probably messaged an admin through the in-game text, or messaged the guy himself and work it out through the texts or teamspeak. 

If you have any recommendation on what I could have done, please do tell me so I don't make the same mistake again and I'm prepared for this situation.

Before  you ask me, the rule I broke was Chapter 1 Paragraph 4:  (1.4) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban which includes the OOC chat. 

Edit: The guy's name was Mick and he contacted me right after the event to discuss it but I was looking for an admin at the time
