In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was in a police fight and they arrested me, then they used their handcuffs. the problem is when they started escorting me to their vehicle my internet went down for like 10 to 15 seconds then it turned on again. I didn't try to join again because the server was going to restart soon and i was going to eat, so when the server restarts i tried to join and I couldn't because I got banned.

Why should we unban you ?
Well.. I know it's not the admin who game me ban vaults, he thought that i am abusing the abort button, and trying to save my items, weapons and my money, but also it's not my vault because i didn't mean to do that. My Airport Utility is not that good at the moment because of that I Dropped connection, I'm going to change it soon.

 I don't have anything to type more and I don't want to waste the time.

This is your one and only chance to be honest with us. The detailed server logs and admin report contradict that you 'lost connection'.

You left the server at 7:37 whilst in restraints. You say you didn't try to log in due to server restart however, you attempted to log in again at 7:41 at which point you received the message that you'd been banned for combat logging.

At this point, had your story been true, you could easily have joined staff chat to explain. You didn't.

So the advice I'll give here is going to be simple. Be honest, or don't bother wasting our time.

I told you the truth. I tried to log in after 5 minutes and I received the massage that I got banned. I went to eat then comeback again to post a ban appeal.

This translates to you lost internet, then didn't attempt to log on due to server restart which is at 20:00. Server logs show you left the server at 19:37, then attempted to log in again at 19:41 at which point you received the message that you'd been banned. 

Then when I inform you that the server logs show otherwise, you now state " I tried to log in after 5 minutes and I received the massage that I got banned" which is it?

Could it be you pulled the cable on your internet just long enough to lose connection in order to avoid losing your gear?

Sorry for that. But I swear that I thought the server was restarting in couple of minutes. So I brought my dinner and tried to join and received the message. When I brought my dinner i thought the server already restarted. That's all

 
You mentioned that your Airport utility is rather temperamental and causes frequent connection drops. You also mentioned you were going to change it. Have you done this yet? 

 
Good, then there'll be no excuses if you lose connection again.

I'm going to give you a second chance however there is a condition. After logging in, you should proceed to Kavala police station and turn yourself in, fully geared as you were at the time of your disconnect. If there are no officers around to process you, please send the police a dispatch asking for a SGT+ to attend and meet you. Please message me on TS when you've done this (after any RP has finished) and let me know the outcome.

Also, once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
