In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned becouse I shot down helicopter (Bird) with 3 guys inside and in eyes of admin I didn't give them enough time to react to my warnings. The situation was that we were at drug dealer with my gang and a Bird came , we we're pointing guns on them like for 2 minutes, I was shauting at them to fly away (at that point I was new in arma so I didn't know in heli he couldn't hear me correctly) and then we gave warning shots. After like 5 seconds I starded shooting inside the cocpit and when they started to lift up , I didn't stop shooting and killed em' all

Why should we unban you ?
After the ban I experienced more roleplay on Other servers and played like another 120hours of arma since then , so I think I more understand the game overall (mechanics and stuff) and I'm better RP player than I was before.

by the sounds of it, you don't agree with the ban and still think you did everything right? is this correct? because how you say "in the eyes of the admin" so do you know see what you did wrong?

I still think , that it should be enough warning for someone , when whole squad points their guns on them. Even tho they can't hear the warnings. But I admit that by the rules of the server , my initiation wasn't on point.

+ I haven't seen the video where should be my WRONG INITIATION , becouse DELETER refused to send me the link or the video so I couldn't see what I actually did wrong.

DELETER said I did RDM ( Random deathmatch ) - which means that I killed them without proper initiation or roleplay.

I would like to say , that 2mins of pointing gun on a heli 10m away from u should be counted as a thread becouse in Roleplay they should take care about their lifes , which they didn't becouse at that point , they would not even think about landing, but I was told that this is not real life. 

and I would also like that video , where DELETER saw my fail initiation

We do not have to provide evidence to you. You provide that for us. We trust our team to make the right call and unless you can prove otherwise, then we will stand by it. By your attitude here, you don't fully understand why you have been banned and are willing to just say things in order to get us to 'read what we want to see'.

How should I provide you a video which I didn't see? I don't understand. If someone should teach from their mistakes , they should see , what they actually did wrong. Becouse when I'm jelling at someone in heli , 10meters from me, I take it that he must hear me , he must hear the warnings, if I would not practice more gameplay mechanics on other servers, I would not teach that , becouse I was refused to see any evidence that the video even exist and it's not just revenge ban becouse I killed on of admin team (this is just a comparison). On other servers , it works , that even if you RDM someone , he must report you , you change your videos and stuff and then admin desides if your initiation was or wasn't on point

As I wrote before. I know that by the server rules , I was banned for RDM. Becouse pointing a gun on someones face isn't initiation.

As stated above we don't need video evidence. We have every trust in our staff members. However I'm still not conviced that you know what you did wrong.

Then I don't know how to prove you that I know what I did wrong , I know I did not properly initiate and my action was counted as RDM , I know what I should do better , but final word is yours. I don't have anything more to write about this matter , so I think you can deside if I will or wont get 2nd chance.

Well Frenk,

I do understand your point of view in this situation that occured. As mentioned just pointing a weapon isnt intiation, it needs to be most importantly verbally made.

You did give off warning shots, but probaly didnt give them enough time to understand and comprehend that they need to leave the area at once.

But common sense should had been used here from their part also.

Do me a favor and just give them more time to comply when giving warning shots at the heli. Its hard for the players inside the chopper to actually here you from the ground due to the background noise made.

Now you know how to react and behave if this type of RP occurs again. I will let you continue your adventures here again, just be careful next time.
