In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was a very toxic player and I trolled after not getting medical attention which I took for granted) and after dying I respawned in the airport (breaking the NLR) and took a car to then VDM 2-3 officers and rammed into them.

Why should we unban you ?
I play other roleplay servers and I'm very familar with all the rules, being new to the server I was still trying to get familar with the server. I never had any implications with the server but it was that one time when I bought my friend ARMA 3 to try and get him into it aswell but we just both trolled and I got banned for breaking the server rules. I didn't really enjoy the server to it fullest (Not roleplaying and playing like its a Call of duty simulator), and I promise you that I now know all the mechanics and shooting side of the game, I really want to get back into this server again because its different and I remember all of the great friends I made there aswell as the nice community and I really don't want to miss out on this community and all the unique ingame stuff. I dearly apologize and confirm that I've had a read through all the rules for the server.

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

Vdm is using a car to cause mayhem and disturb peoples roleplays

[SIZE=medium]A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, example: You are still apart of the rebels or cops and you still knows all your friends.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character forgets the events and information leading up to their death. The only exception to this is your wanted level.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Wanted/Bounty prices are persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases and without this we wouldn’t have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person with them being on the run for weeks/days. Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.[/SIZE]

NLR stands for New life rule and that means you forget about any old encounters and not to hold grudges or take revenge about any situation that happend before you died, pretend to be somebody else 1 kilometer away from where you died.

You Quote the whole NLR rule and I'm pretty sure you didn't break all the parts. Narrow it down to the part you actually broke and then explain that in your own words.

A new life starts for your charcter when you die in a roleplaying situation

You can't remember or refer to any roleplay situations that happend during your previous life, you can't remember or refer to the people who were responsible for your death. And finally you can't be within 1k of where you died or be involved in the situation until the NLR timer (15 minutes) finishes.
