Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I believe I should be forgiven for the incident as it is something most people do when they feel wrong and maybe a little salty - P.S. I know understand I was wrong and the incident was not RDM. I misunderstood after having spoken to the person involved.

Sorry Wilco, I know we are asked to study the rules, I honestly didn't know it was a rule break until I re-read rule 3E)

So so many people do it, I thought it was a tactic to encourage people to get on TS for a chat so I followed suit. After this one I doubt I'll use side chat again never mind repeat the offense.

P.S. I haven't noticed any other appeals for the same reason. Think people might be turning a blind eye to it. That's not a pop btw just an observation.

 
There has been plenty, alot of them have ended up in a perm ban

Well as I said Wilco, I didn't realise what I was doing when complaining about what I thought was RDM in sidechat was against the rules until having read through them again.

I just wanted to talk to the player about the incident and as so so many others also do I wrote an accusation is side not knowing I wasn't allowed to. I have to reiterate that I have never seen someone banned for this offense, yet I witness it in game everytime I log in. You must see my confusion. If you don't believe me go in game and wait a matter of minutes and you will see someone do the same thing I got banned for but get away with it. Hence I thought it was ok to type such a thing in side chat.

I'm not here to cause trouble, in fact one of the police officers took the time out to put how good an RP player I was in a certain situation after my first ban. Look at my feedback.

I'd understand if I'd committed RDM again.... I'd say fair enough, I haven't learnt and I've got no grounds to appeal.

I am only appealing this ban because I feel whilst I have broken a rule it is not one that appears to be regularly enforced by your team. I have gone through all the recent unban appeals from other players and cannot find one case that is similar to mine. This is not an excuse but as I am the only one that has a ban for this reason and I see this offense committed every 10 minutes I can't help but feel slightly victimised. It cannot be one rule for one and one for an other.

 
You've already been banned before, and here we are again. I thought you'd have read through all the rules and learnt the what to do and what not to do. 

This is it, this is the final line, and you went passed it. It's disregard for the rules to be banned twice..... 

Even more, you don't integrate with this community.... all your posts are about the report a player, and dispute a ban.

So, in your best words, Why on each, should we let you back into our server?

What you are asking me to do is basically be a Politian and sell you my best bullshit to levy a favour.

I don't want to do this. I am not a bad guy so I ask why should I act like one by selling you anything I want  in order to get something out of you. That's not right.

I have already explained in my post that I have never once witnessed a ban for this reason. It happens all the time in side chat and no one that I can see has been banned or even warned for it. As mentioned before I am not excusing my actions but merely explaining that I was misled by the actions of others. I can't sugar coat it better than that for you. It's the truth.

As for the RDM, I have not repeated the crime so what more can I say on that one? You live you learn but as 32 year old project manager I will not beg your forgiveness. The best way I know how is to learn and I will.

Unbanned for your FINAL chance, if you get banned again then there is no appeal, if we see one it will get denied.
