In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well, I was waiting at a chopper near the black market with my two friends. One of them was afk so we were messing about zipting and what not. I then regretably typed the 'n word' in the direct chat as a joke between friends, I now understnd that that was completely inappropriate; even between friends. I was then banned as an admin was watching us through invisibility.

Why should we unban you ?
To begin with, I am truely sorry. I have been a member of this roleplay community for almost a year now; and I have enjoyed every second of it. For the majority of the time I have enjoyed and engaged in RP with other players and doing iron runs and robberies here and there. Recently, I decided to become a NHS member and have reached the rank of 'First Aider' as I decided the servers always lacked medics and I want to engage in even more engaging RP. I have never had a ban/warning/offense before and I do understand the rules of the server. I would never have said/done such a thing around other players as I understand the severity of the phrase. Once again I am truely sorry for my actions. I want to stay as I belive that (apart from this incident) I otherwise engage in quality RP with others as a civilian and an NHS member and want to continue to help people and continue playing religeously on this server.

It does not matter that it was between friends and it does not matter that no one was around. Racism and discrimination of any sort is not tolerated here.

Can you please explain to us your mindset and what you thinking when you said that word? Do you find saying N***er funny?

 
I don't think its funny at all, and I'm ashamed that said it at all in the first place. Even between friends saying such a word is completely intolerable. All I can simply say is at the time I was not thinking straight and I cannot apologise enough for that. I am completely against racism amd descrimination and I will not allow such a monumental slip up again. However, there is no valid excuse for saying such a derogatory term, thus all I can do is apologise to the greatest extent and give you my word that this will never happen again.

 
No, I never use language like that except on the occasion that I was banned. I regret saying that language and I am truly ashamed and disappointed in myself for doing so. This was the first and the last time that I will ever say a word like that again.

 
You never use language like this yet you just happened to think that using it here was appropriate?  Explain this mindset please.

 
I know that it sounds irrational and naive, however I don't have a reason for saying that word; I just said it out of context. I believe that no one (even me) has an excuse to say it the word at all. I haven't a clue what I was thinking now and cannot apologise enough for my actions. As I said in my original appeal, I thought perhaps it would be a funny joke as sometimes I just say random things to my friends, however I hadn't ever said anything like this before. I was alone with a friend and thought nothing would happen and that it would just be forgotten or brushed under the carpet. In retrospect, I should've thought, which I didn't at that moment, about the consequences of my actions and that repeating those kinds of words is completely irresponsible and just straight up disrespectful to anyone and everyone.

Using any sort of racial or discriminating language towards a player within or out of roleplay. Teasing or bullying someone someone because of their accent or where they have come from. This could include calling someone a racial slur or demeaning their race or ethnicity to give some examples. Anyone caught doing this either through being observed or a forum report, you will be banned without appeal. Racial discrimination is taken very seriously on this server as to create a fun yet safe and enjoyable server for everyone to play and ultimately enjoy.

 
You understand that if you were to get unbanned this would be your only chance? Any further rule breaks of any kind will lead to a  6month ban?

 
I understand that the next offence will net me a 6 month ban. I will not break any rules again and I will be especially careful when playing from now on as I understand the future punishments.
