In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Becasue i broke the new life rule, I was killed by two robbers at a gas station in Kavala. They killed me and said the only thing they wanted was my Quilin. As the only good car i had left, after being caught doing a drug run i ran to my Quilin repaired it and then drove to the shop at Kavala to get some clothing fast then leave. Funny enough this is the same day that i got unbanned, and i feared that i would get banned again but I took the risk and found out that the admins are watching all the time for idiots like me braking rules.

Why should we unban you ?
Well I thought getting my car and leaving was not going to be a big thing but it turned out to be. But again for the second time I was proven wrong. I know thinking it is not a big deal is wrong and no one should think like that. I understand that I probably dont deserve to get unbanned just after i got unbanned for breaking another rule but I dont know how to prove myself that it will not happend again. This time I read the rules a good look and read to them multiple times so when someone asks me i can tell them exactly what the rule is and that I won't do something like that again. I really do now understand that the ingame items are not worth saving and then getting a ban. I really do regret it but its nothing i could to about that then to ask you to forgive and belive in me that it wont happend again.

It took you exactly 7 hours and 1 minute to get yourself banned. If I didn't know better I'd say you were trying for a record. 
Now I believed that giving you a second chance was a good choice as I thought you would've learnt from your mistake but here you are less then a half a day later breaking the rules for your own advantage why is that?
Could you also quote the rule you broke and explain it why it's in place and explain why you thought you were above the rules?
Just because something doesn't go your way doesn't mean you break the rules, we have these rules in place for a reason. Now how am I to trust you won't abuse the rules in the future when things don't go your way?

Well me breaking the rules for my own advantage is just wrong and I know that I probably dont deserve to get unbanned again but here I am trying a second time for forgiveness. The NLR (new life rule) says that im not allowed to remember anything of my old life besides my friends, and gang members. I broke 2 of the new life rule, I returned within a 1000m from where I died and i remembered my car locaation. The rule is there so for example you cant just respawn and kill the man who killed you. At the time I thought i could maybe get away with get my car and leaving but again I was proved wrong and found out that you cant get away with anything from this server. I do not know how you can trust me again, but I give you my word that it wont happen again, if my word even means something to you. Trust me that I have learned my lesson and its no way that im getting banned from this server again for something like that.

You seem to have a habit of breaking rules for your own advantage. Firstly you commit suicide to prevent yourself from going to jail and when put in jail you then log out. You get given a second chance by Kempi and then 7 hours after being unbanned you willingly break a server rule AGAIN and when confronted about that you also have a poor attitude towards a staff member. I am very tempted to deny this appeal right here and now but I will give you a chance to explain yourself so you can maybe make me change my mind. 

"and something like that wont happend again". This is quoted from your last appeal. You state that something like this won't happen again and now in your appeal you state "that it wont happen again". You seem to just tell us this so we give you another chance. Now onto the questions:

1. Why did you have a poor attitude towards a staff member when being confronted about the rulebreak?

2. "something like that wont happend again" why did something like this happen again then? Because you thought you could get away with it?

Okay no offence but my "poor attitude" was when i raised my voice abit when he said that i had no idea what the nlr rule is, i wish i had the recording so you could see but i guess that is not happening. I was calm at the start and theb raised my voice abit then i was calm for the rest of the chat we had, so i think poor attitude is wrong here, but i guess we have our opinions.

And if you want the truth, yes i thought i could get away with me getting my car and leaving but guess what here i am. I do not know how to earn your trust again after what i did. And i dont know what to tell you to make you confident again with me breaking the rules. The thing i could say is that i was devastated, and i eas trying everything when i was talking to the admin to not get banned but to get a punishment. But that got blown away because i raised my voice.

And my first ban i did not leave for my own advantage or to avoid jail time, where did you get that from?

Denied - Don't even bother appealing for the next 2 months.  You clearly don't give a damn about the rules and we're not going to waste more time on yourself.
