In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think I was banned because an Admin saw me NLR,

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because I think I was misunderstood because I was in a situation of Fail RP where I was out of safezone attempting to rob 2 men and they instantly turned around to shoot me after I had a gun to there heads. I also know that this server means something to me and I will promise I will not try to break any rules in future and will proceed to improve my RP skill and to decrease rule breaking chances.

So you will promise never to break the rules again yet nowhere you say you have read them carefully? Tell me why you think what you did is not allowed? Quoting the NLR rule is fine and all, but explain to me please why you thought the rule wouldn't apply?

I believe I made a mistake of going back to where I died originally and it was not allowed because if I die in an rp situation then I must remember to forgot my previous life and can only enter the area after 15 minutes have past. And I really apologise for my mistake and I hope you can forgive me and give me another chance, P.S I read rules several times after I read your post.
