In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was killed by them then I returned for my boat and tried to do a combat landing just notice then it went wrong because i pulled away from them and then it messed up and i crashed it clearly shows i was no where near them. Then I was down on the floord dying so I heared he just going to kill me so I logged out.

Why should we unban you ?
The VDM was not VDM becase I was not trying to crash into them because if i did would of put it into auto hover and aim at them and crash into them Like I said I tried to combat land and it went wrong. There was no Report for me to talk about this matter. I was on the Teamspeak with the two poeple they just wanted me to have a warning not a Ban. There Was no excues for combat logging and NLR I just learnt the rule frim last night read over it like 4 times. I am normally good I got banned like 5 years ago For VDM I learnt my lesson from that . Combat logging was not acceptable and If you unban me I will not do it again and the NLR I just learnt will never return after the timer on my screen didn't knew what that was for and my friend explianed it to me as well. I covered all the rules this time properly next time I do somthing I'm going to check on my Phone if I can do it. I'm always careful but last night got the better of me. All I can say please unban me I will not break NLR and combat logging again but I didn't tried to VDM. But me and the people that was involved was in TS talking about like I said we agreed I need to brush up my Rules knowledge and I agreed and they said we will talk to staff just to put a warning up so if i do it again i get banned.

Sorry I can't show my video of my point of view as the hard drive was full and they said i will get a warning I deleted it like a fool and don't have it anymore but if you check thier video out i clearly shows me going over them and trying to turn but it went wrong.

This is thier point of video as thats all i got but it clearly shows me not aiming at them but again we talked they didn't wanted me ban just a warning.

I understood what I have done combat logging and NLR I realise what I have done and I will not do it again read the NLR couple times and I can fully say I understand it. I Didn't try to VDM as I tried to combat land also why would I VDM if I got ban from it 5 years ago I just don't understand if me and the people talked about I and we agreed we didn't want a ban we want a warning and me to read the rules fully. I have done that since it happen I got a copy of the rules now on my Phone. I'm asking If I can have one last chance if not just ban me for ever and I will not try to appeal against it. I can't say how much I'm sorry all I can do is keep reading the rules and make sure this never happens again. I also don't find it acceptable of what I have done. I am disappointed that I let the community down once again.

Sorry must of been 3 My math is bad XD but still why would I do it if I got baned from it. 

These two are the rules I have broke and sorry about it.

"Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired."

"(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). " (This one I really regeting right about now and at that moment of time soon as I did It.)

This one I didn't do or attempted to do It was bad luck landing gone wrong but one of the staff some how classfield it has VDM when I tried to combat land I have not tryed it in that tight of a space and I thought they would of took the helmet to scrap at this time I didn't know about the new life rules (because I am a idiot that didn't fully read the rules) but now I know about it I can tell you first hand I will not do it again.

"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming)".

There is no excueses for the other two rules break Combat logging and NLR I should of read it and never did it in the first place. But again I didn't VDM and I know me keep saying this won't get me unban but please give me another chances. I really like playing on your servers and I make a lot of new friends on there It's the only reseon I play Arma apart from wasteland.

The reseon We Have the Combat logging rules is because it kills RP off and you won't give that player the same experiance as first hand.

NLR- Stop you from going back to where you have died and messing other people role play up becuase when you die you don't really have a second chance to kill that person because your dead. 

VDM- Stop people form using thier car as a weapon against people as it is not fun runnning people over.

My english is not on point but this is the best I can describe it sorry but I do understand it.

Also you have broken 2 others rules, how can we trust you.

Yes I understand thier point of view  thats why on team speak I explianed how I tried to land and where from my point of view and I admitted to the two rules I have broken. "how can we trust you. You will not break any rules again?" Yes I understand this is my second ban all I can really say is I promise I will try my best to not break the rules again and that I will read the rlues before doing any thing I already gone through the rules like 12 times and I have a copy on my phone. All I really can say is I won't do it again you only have my words you can trust if I had another way you can trust me I will be happy to show that you can trust me but I can't so trust my words please.

 
I won't return when I have died for 15 minutes I won't log off when I am in combat or in any kind of role play that will be affected by me loggin off and I will not try to do combat land. I will read all the rules one more time to make sure I will not break any of them again.

 
Your last appeal was only in december for other basic rules and yet you're here again.. I'm not quite sure you're cut out for this community..

 I have read through the rules multiple times and I promise that I will never break them again.

Yes All I can say I am truly sorry about that I'm not perfect and other people ain't as well everyone makes mistakes and if we didn't then we are not human.

 
We're not after perfect, we are after competent... Due to it being so close to your last ban and for such basic things, I don't feel as though you're quite ready to play here yet.
