In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because off coming to the same place after I have died didn't waited for 15 minutes. I tried to combat land and It look like VDM. When I came back and crashed the helicopter trying to land I combat log.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I went to TS to talk to the people that was involved we agreed I should get a warning and not get a ban if i do it again I should get a ban and I agree with that. I didn't mean to crash the helicopter but I did when I watched the Video it did look a bit like what they said I tried to do but all I tried to do is land the helicopter by combat landing. The combat logging and NLR I have no excuses for that I should of know them after all I should of read the combat logging when I first joined the server. Now I can say I have read all the rules and under stand it and I am truly sorry for what I have done. I did made a effort of solving it on TS which I thought I did when me and the people that was involved agreed for warning but I got a banned instead. I enjoy playing on this server and I really hope I can start playing once again.

That's not how it works. I decided what you did in this video was enough rule breaks to issue the ban.

You claim you were trying to combat land and not VDM them but I'm not buying that, either way we'll never truly know the answer to that question but it really doesn't look good. In my opinion you were trying to crash into your truck to deny the rebels from having it.

One thing that is for certain is you broke NLR and combat logged. You said you did this because you thought it was RDM, do you think that was the right thing to do? How should you handle a case of RDM? 

 
I didn't thought it was RDM I never said that when I crashed the helicopter I was angry and I was doing a 24 hour thing so I was pissed off and log out I promise you if I wanted to hit them I could of easily It's not hard to auto hover aim and crash into them. but not I didn't wanted to crash into them I tried to do a stupid landing that didn't work for me. I didn't know that NRL existed that my fault there is no excuse for that  I admit I screwed up at that point when I came back back my friend told me about it and called me a idiot about it and I agree he also said how did you not know it is a rule and I agreed on that as well. When I combat logged it was a dick move and I am sorry for that to the guys. I learnt from the experience and will not do it again. 

I know how to handle a case of RDM I record on arma all the time when I am playing on your server as you can tell I made some report of RDM of myself. I never thought it was RDM. When I went on team speak they said I will be getting a warning not a ban so I thought okay and that I need to relearn the rules. So I deleted my side of the video It would of clearly show I was not meant to crash just land. 

I made a lot of mistake and even watching the video now makes me feel like a dick now reading the rules on NLR and when I combat also watching my landing go wrong makes me think I should be more careful when landing and not try things that is going to go wrong. TCK Matt all I can say to you is that I am sorry and in future I will try to make sure this will never happen again as I enjoy playing on your servers. You can ask anyone in Congo worries I was on every day and enjoyed playing on the server. That is why I feel a bit of a idiot for breaking the rules and feel sorry for the people that I broke them against.  There is no excuses for breaking NLR and combat logging. What really gets to me I knew combat logging is not allowed and I still didn't knew why I broke it I should of not on that fact you are right I still broke NLR and combat logging all I can say sorry I read the rules and will not break them I can't make any promises that i will not break them but a promise I can make is I will try not to break them. I have great respect for the community and the staff also the people who help the servers stay running because again I can't express the enjoyment I get playing on your servers. I hope I do get unban and once again start playing. However I get where you are coming from broke two rules unacceptable even breaking one.

 
Now, being a good pilot in arma, what you did there was NOT a landing, you came in way to fast and such a step angle of approach that their was no way for you to bleed of your speed for a landing, you only goal in that situation was to hit them wasn't it? 

The video show's some seriously poor RP from yourself in blatant disregard to our rules, if we were to allow you back, what could you bring to RPUK? 

 
Yes I agree with the bit I came in way too fast I should of just auto hovered and landed. If my objective was to hit them I would of auto hovered and aimed then crash into them. We can keep going round in circle but I'm telling you my attentions was not to hit them.  You can say it was and I can say it wasn't all day. It was a poor choice from me to even try to land like that. Yes I also agreed poor role play from me and it could of been a lot better for sure. 

If you allow me back to RPUK will bring back better role play to an excellent degree.  I will be careful before doing anything check the rules and if not sure then ask a admin before doing it so I know if I am not breaking any rules but again read all the rules so I know all of them now.  I can bring enjoyment to the community because I already had so many friends on their and I enjoyed playing with them and I messed that up by breaking the rules and getting banned I can say for sure I learnt my lesson. Also I can bring better attitude to the server as well and I will not play late nights so won't be tired and do something stupid. 

There is no reason  for you to really unban me because at the end of the day I broke your rules and why should you let me back in.  all I can say I enjoyed playing on your servers and I made new friends a lot of new friends and that the only reason I play Arma 3 is because of your servers.  I fully learnt from the experience and I understand what I did wrong and what could I have done better to make sure this never happen again. I sound like a parrot because it feels like me repeating over and over again from my last unban form. You will not know how I enjoy playing your server that I want to get unban if there is anything I can do to make this happen I will do it. 

I already read the rules over and over again also double checked with my friends to see if I understand it properly and I agree apart from the VDM where I messed up if only I had kept my recording I would of proofed that I didn't try to VDM but again I was being careless when I deleted it and thinking everything is going to be okay because I trusted the people on TS that I will only get a warning. However that don't matter now what matters is that I learnt my lesson and I will not attend to make these mistakes again.

You can keep saying you were trying to land but the video clearly shows you were aiming to hit the hemtt and failed poorly.

With regards to "reading the rules over and over again" prove to me you've actually understood them by quoting the following rules and then explaining them in your own words, what do they mean and why do we have them.

1. RDM
2. VDM
3. NLR
4. Combat Logging

 
RDM- Radndom Deathmatching is when you go around killing people without no initiation or role play. RDM is bannable becuase the server would be chaos with everyone killing watch other.

RDM rule quote: (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

VDM- Vehicle Death matching is when you run people over in a car or crash into them with a any type of vehicle or try to hit their vehicle with yours. This is a bannable  becuase people would just troll and run people over or use VDM to their advantage in a gunfight.

VDM rule quote: (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

NLR-  New life rule means that you cannot remember what happened in your previous life  nor can you return to the area where you died or within 1 km of that area for 15 mins. This is bannable because if people were to die they can re-gear and return to the area in which they died to kill the people who killed them, this is bad for RP (Role play) as you would not remember anything as you died.

NLR Quote: Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired.

Combat logging means that you log out during combat so you don't die or so that you don't have to engage in RP (role play). This is an bannable because it is poor for RP purposes and you can use it to your advantage to not lose you gear  in certain death situation.

Combat logging rule quote: (2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

For the VDM you said you see in the video that I was aiming at them no the video shows me coming in and crashing it don't show me aiming at them. However I can see you made your mind already up for the VDM bit so I accept your opinion about it and hope we can move on because we can keep on going about the VDM but we will not get anywhere. Like I said I fully understand your rules and I enjoy playing your servers and would like to play on it again please.
