I have since found out i was cuff glitching

Why should we unban you.
I was totally unaware this was a glitch and thought it was a way of moving around to annoy the police, I hate glitching, Cheaters or anyone that abuses a game with a passion, If you choose not to unban me then fair enough, I totally agree i should have been banned however i was unaware this was a glitch to get out of restraints, I saw someone doing it while restrained and asked how they were moving and they said to press the @ key and that was it, I was not warned by anyone this was a glitch and i apologise, I actually thought i got banned for ingame banter - Jamz if you see this then i dont blame you for banning me as i said i hate hackers, glitchers and cheaters myself, however i was unaware this was a glitch and you didnt ask me or tell me it was a glitch, your rules state you will be banned for glitching but a heads up would be nice in the case of new players that are new to altis life. As for the video i have it starts the moment the police turn up untill i was shot and banned. I will happily upload it if you guys want but no i cannot argue with jamz video as mine will show the same but from another angle, I was totally unaware this was a glitch. Please also if you reply can i have a notification this time as i received no email to say you had replied and as there is no time limit for ban appeals i was not expecting a reply so soon. please see http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/52983-un-ban-appeal-fearcaptain-03252016-timed-out/#comment-303803 in regards to this you have denied my appeal but i did not know you had replied.

Edit: BobMarley talked me through this in teamspeak and explained to raise another appeal.

I understand that @Jamz I was merely saying that i did not expect a response so fast as your rules say there is no time limit so i expected it to take a few days hence why i had a look today, @Professor bobmarley has explained how to recieve notifications now.

@Crumble , @Thesoldier In my previous thread i did not know why i was banned after reading what was put in the comments i now fully understand why and i have no reason to ever argue against it, As mentiooned i hate glitchers/hackers and cheaters. I would like to play on your server again but if you decide that i should not then i wont.

 
So you jump to conclusions thinking the staff member is corrupt/unfair/biased to now changing your tune and claiming you were trying to roleplay after being confronted with the evidence I find this hard to believe, why should we let you back on the server if you're gonna act like that.

 
What would you do if you just got banned without any warning or notification other than you have been banned appeal on the forum the ban message i was shown did not give a reason other than he banned me, and the fact i was shot by a cop and then banned by a cop when your rules say thats not possible of course i will get defensive, and as for when i have done something wrong i will put my hands up, I was unaware why i got banned i was unaware that it is a glitch, i would have sent the video to you and you would have spotted that anyway and at least explained then, if i was blatantly trying to exploit the game why would i say i have a video?

I still have it if you would like to see it...

As for why you should let me back on the server that choice is yours and not mine to give a reason too other than i was unaware of this being an exploit as i am now i wont be doing it again either way.

Firstly i have always said i was in rp if you would like to check my previous appeal before any "evidence" appeared. Secondly i am agreeing that glitching is and should be a bannable offence, I am saying i was unaware of this cuff glitch at the time, but i am not denying nor have i once denied doing it as i did not know it was a glitch. I have also said my own video will show that i was doing this so not once have i denied doing this except in the fact that i was unaware it was a glitch, which i am now fully aware it is. So please tell me where i have changed my tune...

As for jumping to conclusions, The video Jamz shown clearly shows he turned kavala mode on and sidechat settings on while dressed as a police officer, It also detrements the fact that your rules say Admins are not police... So why are admins playing as police if your rules say they are not allowed???. Jamz also said he should not have shot me in the previous appeal but i do not see any of you even saying.. Yes Jamz you should not have done that but lets sort this out..

You ask me to defend myself so here is my defense, I was unaware it was a glitch, I am sorry, I have not denied i was ducking and standing up while restrained not once, in my evidence to prove this i informed you i had a video and i would send it to you, that would have shown i was doing this anyway, If i was knowingly glitching would i offer a video to detriment my reputation further... Will i do it again, no.

I am not a cop... so I have no idea why you keep saying this.

We do not have to give warnings when we ban a player from the servers... about the "did not give a reason other than he banned me" isn't true either considering it tells you your ban reason when you try and join the server....

You broke the rules yourself whether you was a cop or not, that was rdm and you have not apologised for it, yet if i did it i would be banned as in this case i have been banned for something i did not know about, I was mistaken with the video @Jamz and i apologise for that then. But why does it feel like its one rule for me and another for you.

That is why i am pushing this, I inadvertently broke the rules by trying to annoy the cops, I have not denied what i have done, I did not know it was a glitch to get out of the cuffs, and have apologised about it, but you admitted you should not have executed me, without warning, with no apology which is RDM which is breaking one of your own rules, that is why i am annoyed. and once i have a message that i was banned why would i attempt to rejoin when i have to appeal on here, what good would attempting to rejoin do?

Am i not allowed to bring the facts i have to my case in defense??

I have nothing else to say now, I did not know it was a glitch to get out the cuffs and i am sorry, it definately wont happen again as i have said i dont like cheaters.

 
At the end of the day you were glitching restrains which is bannable, after all this is a serious RP community... we expect you to RP 

Are you now ready to RP.. and follow the rules going forward
