In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my friend were camping for bandits at the weed proccessing. Than police units aporached us and my friend shot one of them and than i killed the other two. They messaged us to join TS because we RDMed them and we had a long conversation, they said that we are cool after my friend explained them that he shot the first guy without warning him because he panicked. We talked about it and they accepted our apologies as we promissed not to do it again.

Why should we unban you ?
The police units told us that everything is cool and we promissed to never shoot without warning.

7.1.4 Says that "Put your hands up" or "I will shoot you" is not considered a high RP. We, in this situation, didn't say anything. Before we started camping my friend told me "If I shoot a single bullet you shoot immediately after me!", I agreed. He did not warn the police officers in any way, he just started shooting because he was panicked and didn't want us to get arrested as we had a lot of illegal items on us. I would consider "Stay where you are, I've got snipers in the area. Do not move! Why are you here? Ok, now just leave! *the guy runs and hides behind a fence as he takes out a weapon* *I open fire*"as a high RP. I think that the whole rule is made so everybody has an equal chance of surviving a shooting. Also that rule means that you should not only warn your target but also give him enough time to think the situation trough. If he/she has enough time to hide behind something, the fight will be all about skill, not only luck and camping.

Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*) *Appeals are allowed if you have made the effort to go on teamspeak and speak to the person/persons you were with to advise of a valid reason, or if you have signed back into the game and contacted them in game and made the full effort to relink up with them to continue roleplay, The person/persons should vouch for you in the appeal.[/SIZE]

After I killed the police officers, they sent me a message to come in TS. So I had to leave the game to download it. Thats why I left.

Acctually I left the game 10 minutes after the scene. I was just driving my car, not being chased, and left the game to download TS. Then we spoke with the police officers we killed.

No, Rebels arrived slowly after, closing in on you. You could clearly see them. Over 8 Rebels and a heli watching you. Soon as contact was there you logged.

This was way after police situation.

I drove to Athira and pulled out, minimized the game and started downloading TS. After I saw that TS has some kind of protection or something and I had to leave the game to speak with the officers.

Downloading TS is not a valid reason to log out and escape the situation...
