I was banned for VRDM, as I ran over some people as they wouldn't move.

Why should we unban you ?
I broke the rules completely and I feel like I deserve a chance to stick by the rules. My friends play on the server and I haven't played with them on arma for 8 months. I want to stick by the rules and actually play the server and see what it has to offer.

(this is my second un-ban appeal because i forgot to reply and it timed out, i have the screen shot that is suggesting to why i have been banned and would be happy to send it)

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

This rule has been put in place to stop the abuse of cars constantly running over innocents and explosions. As I have said this has been added to create and balance the immersion as constant hit and runs don't usually occur in the day to day life experience. I understand why I have been banned as I abused this rule and broke immersion by partaking in a hit and run.

You clearly remember me getting banned nearly 8 months ago?

any evidence/recording that dates back to suggest I was lying to staff?

Maybe, I could have lied to try and avoid the ban or I could have lied. It is hard to remember as my the date I was banned was the 1/1/19, nearly 8 months ago. Either way if there is evidence to suggest I was lying I can't deny or agree with it.
