In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for a case of VDM against the Kavala PD. I drove a Tempest into the grounds of the PD and proceeded to run into police cars and also police officers. I accept full responsibility for what I did. It was my poor attempt of a "terror attack" which had gotten me banned. I have played on similar servers where acts like these are allowed and i assumed that this server would be the same, but i was wrong.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned as over 2 months have passed since I was actually banned from the server, but mainly because I really enjoyed playing on the server. I fully regret my stupid decision and hope that one stupid idea from me doesn't ruin my overall experience of the Roleplay.co.uk servers. Now that I am fully aware of all of the rules surrounding this server, I will not try to replicate my actions and (if i get unbanned) abide by all rules and regulations.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

I was banned for a case of "Vehicle Deathmatch" which is the action of using a vehicle in the game as a weapon with the intention of killing or injuring other players either by ramming them or causing an explosion.

I can see that someone possibly broke the rules and this affected you, however do you feel as though the highlighted text is ok to say to someone?

Possibly not, but I found it unfair that I had received a warning for breaking NLR when i was blatantly RDM'd by the person who i was  typing to.

No. But I don't understand why this is related to my ban? And I understand that the highlighted text may be me breaking RP in some cases but I said it in OOC chat with intention of me not breaking RP. I am actually disappointed to see that the player i was talking to hasn't been spoken to, or banned.

If we don't see it/ haven't seen it with our own eyes as staff then we can take no one's word as gospel.

I'll refer that to what I ahve written above. However I will also add that your entire history here is taken in to consideration when you appeal a ban, as that is how we can make a proper judgement if you're suitable for this server and community.

How would this community benefit from unbanning you?

I think the community would benefit from me being unbanned because I have a pretty decent understanding of roleplay and how things work, i would be able to answer almost any question someone who may be new to the whole Arma 3  roleplay scene. I am also able to fully commit to roleplay therefore giving other players a good experience through me roleplaying on the same server.

 
If someone were to come along and blatantly RDM you again, what would you actually do in this case?

 
Ensure you do.  If staff aren't available then you can also report them on the forums.
