In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
In a situation where i was being held hostage and then being told they will are going to kill me even though i followed all of there orders i lost my cool a little and tried telling the guys that it is against the rules to kill me and that is classed as RDM with direct communication as i know its against the rules to argue in Side chat and didnt know how else to tell them.

Why should we unban you ?
This is the first time i have broke RP on your server as i enjoy RP'ing and take it seriously, I was just frustrated trying to get my point over to the guys who was about to shoot me that i followed all there orders and it would be classed as RDM if i am correct. I had no idea where else to tell them as i know its not allowed in side chat if realising they where going to kill me anyways i decided to carry on RP'ing and telling him he has a bad shot ect as he was lining me up for a kill.

I can promise this will never happen again and am even willing to have the term where if im even reported for it again will take a perma ban with no chance of appeal i will also read over the rules again to ensure i have no reason to be punished again.

In your own words if you feel you are RDMed, what is the proper way to try and resolve it?

To solve it in game I think the most reasonable way would be to bring up my phone with the Y menu and send a message to the admins or come on the the forums and report a player.

Are you aware this is a serious roleplay server and that you should not break roleplay even when angry?

They're I'm aware and always try my hardest to stick to RP and play out the story till the end, but in the heat of the moment lost my cool and should of just reported the guy on the forums

I understand it is unorthodox to post on other people's unban appeals, however even though he was banned for breaking RP. I had planned to report this individual for multiple counts of vdm.

apologies for the intrusion @ThesoldierI also couldn't resolve the situation with him as he was banned during our encounter.

Not trying to bump this report just trying to clear the comment above so then it doesnt affect my report of ( breaking RP ) which i do admit to doing. 

Actually this is following the same event of why i was banned for breaking RP, As you can see from the video there was a high speed chase going on at that time as you was holding me up at the OIL FIELD, in which you also shot fires at me and an admin was called to the scene to deal with the situation, this video only show a  section of an event which lasted over 15 - 20 min's, an admin on duty came out to asses the situation and no punishment was given, 

You can out of the car with your weapon already drawn as you did on 2 more occasions to get into position to fire which your friend also did on this occasion, Would you happen to have the full video for this RP Situation and could you post where the driver which at the time was not me and can be check with the admin on duty if you can find which admin assest us got out of the truck.  


This can also me confirmed from the video its self

I did not kill the guy who was out of his vehicle i disabled the second vehicle who was pursuing me in the the situation of holding me up, i never expected anyone to die but i did expect the vehicle to disable, like the Police do when pursuing a criminal.

Yoco no more will be needed, Ill take it from here as he was banned. For future reference if someone is already banned, there is no need to do this unless it was something like combat logging/exploiting/racism.

Did you even bother reading our rules when you started to play here?

I read over them slightly before this event happened but can't say i took full time to read them all correctly as i assumed they where the same as most role-playing game, Since the ban i have how ever took the time to read the rules correctly and took my time as if im am unbanned i am going 100% by the rules as this is the most enjoyable AltisLife server i have played. 

Also so does a ban reflect on if I ever apply for the police force.

Yes I am indeed, also as stated above i've re-read the rules and spent the time to read every rule which i know i should of done when i get the in game message about the rules rather than just fast reading them

Also after watching @Vladic Kayesterday it made me want to start youtube again so any more reports will have evidence if I never broke the rule. 

Breaking rp ruins the fun for everyone not just me or the guy in talking to so should alway stay in character and should try resolve any disputes on teamspeak, this was a honest mistake and shall not happen again,
