i got out of a car while restrained when it was unlocked.

Why should we unban you ?
i got banned for restrain glitching when i didnt know it was against the rules. ive read every single rule down to the T so if i knew it was against the rules then i wouldnt of done it because ive already been given my final chance as i have already been banned once. if restrain glitching was against the rules then why isnt it on the website and why havent i heard about it before? i will say that i wont do it again knowing now that it is a rule punishable by perma ban.
